All the dishes were very tasty, as was the “greetings from the kitchen”. The service exceptionally good. Price/performance absolutely fine. Will stop by again next time we are in the Heide.

Watch out for the cars. Damage guaranteed. The rooms were not cleaned for three days and you had to ask for towels. There was no Internet, last evening my friend came and took care of it, something was working there. The hotel is on a busy street, so you wake up at five in the morning surrounded by cars. The old windows don't soundproof anything, the same with the doors, you can hear all the noise from the corridor and the creaking of the floor. No desk or table. Only this is worth using the kitchen, even though it is tasty but not cheap because you have to pay over 16 euros for a pork chop.

Been there for the first time, first impression from the outside wasn't that inviting, dirty windows and the entrance (door) wasn't particularly inviting either. It could be made friendlier and perhaps brighter. Everything inside is also kept dark. The two guest rooms were clean and tidy. Rustic old charm. It must be said that the building is a listed building. I can't say anything about the rooms, I was only there to eat. Overall, the food came to the table quickly and was quite tasty. The fried potatoes could have been a little more seasoned in terms of taste, but with the onions and mushrooms it was completely sufficient. The steak was also good, a little too dry but tasted good. The beer tasted great, the second one was served in a different glass as before. It's not a bad thing, you could perhaps get uniform glasses for beer, for example. The service force deserves an extra point. The dining room in the front was full and there were guests in the second room. She was very nice and friendly. Two people would actually have had to work for the rush. She handled it really well. Thumbs up.... about the price, yes, I personally think what was on the plate was a bit too expensive for the price, but everyone decides that differently. But I will definitely come back there again.

Very good food, the waitress introduces herself by name, I have never experienced anything like this before.A relaxed atmosphere and inexpensive meals for everyone.Gladly again on the next trip.

Today we had dinner at Grätsch's Gasthaus. The food was excellent, fresh and simply delicious. Everything is freshly prepared and the chef simply knows his craft. The service was also very nice. We will definitely come back!
