Restaurant/catering recommended, but...Unfortunately, the technology for card payment with a debit card is NOT POSSIBLE, so another visit is impossible. Dessert was therefore out of the question.Too bad. The competition is stronger!Please give progress a chance and also give your guests a chance to feel comfortable with you.

We always go to the Neptun Restaurant with the family. Everyone is always happy and full. The food is good, sufficient and the service is good. We think the salad bar is great. Unfortunately, the plates are a bit small and a second helping requires a relatively high surcharge, but it's ok. The service is good, quick and competent. We have been served at a high level for many years. We'll be back.

We went here with our children for lunch. Very child-friendly service. The food was very good. Not only was there excellent fish for us, but also a diverse selection of other dishes, which was very well received by the kids. The food was served quickly and the portions were large. The dish in the photo also included a large salad from the buffet and a bowl of delicious fried potatoes. The prices aren't cheap, but you should check them out before you go in. We thought they were worth the quality. The only small criticism: no local beers, limited selection.

We were looking for a restaurant where we could get something to eat without a reservation and found it here. We were brought to the table, cards, order, everything was fine. The prices were quite high, but that didn't bother us at first. We put together a salad from the rich buffet and the main courses also came quite quickly and were delicious. The wine was also delicious. However, with the meal and the first glass of wine, the service was over. As we were ordering, we saw that the other guests around us were getting a shot on the house. We couldn't even order a second glass of wine, nor were we asked for dessert. There was simply no one there anymore. Our waiter had disappeared, and when he came back after a very long time, he didn't come to us, but disappeared behind the counter and talked. After about 20 minutes, a colleague saw that we had been waiting for ages and let him know. He then brought us the bill without another word. And of course without a drink or an apology. You can no longer afford such behavior in the catering industry today. We won't eat here again. Too bad.

We have been coming to Norddorf for many years and have often eaten at Neptun and been satisfied. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food. But the prices had risen so much this year and the beer price was incredibly high, which is why we only ate there once. The prices in the other local restaurants were still acceptable. So unfortunately we will no longer be guests there.

First of all, I have to say that we have been traveling to the island for years and almost always visit Neptune, but the last visit was the last for us. The food was delicious and we chose good/expensive dishes with fish and salad. I also asked the waitress for a robber plate, as our son only eats a small amount.There were 3 of us there as a family with our two-year-old son and at the salad buffet we filled him with a small separate bowl with two spoons of corn and 4 slices of cucumber and about 4 olives. I see that we could have asked if it was ok, but I thought that whether I filled the things at the table for our little one or he got a small key straight away shouldn't be a problem.When I was paying, I noticed that we had been charged €6 for the salad, i.e. for the extra bowl with a really small size, and I asked. And I would probably have shown more insight if the boss personally had just “kindly” pointed out to me that I should have asked if that was okay. Instead, he told me very unkindly that he had seen exactly how we filled our three salts to the top and that it didn't matter that my son hadn't eaten anything. Because our son's salad was almost untouched, so I found it even cheekier to continue to stand up to such a statement.The way it was done really pissed me off, especially because it was unfounded and really wrong. Since the boss was apparently standing right next to the salad buffet, he saw exactly how full our son's bowl really was. But we are probably not the desired target group, otherwise the conversation would have been different.

We were there for dinner. The plaice was very tasty and the ambience of the restaurant was modern maritime, which the hotel doesn't suggest from the outside.

Went to the restaurant with the family. Delicious! The portions were more than decent and well balanced. Friendly service and nice owners. We'd love to come back!
