Heimerzheim Castle really impressed me! The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary, everything shined and smelled fresh. The mix of historical ambience and modern elements is simply perfect. The location is a dream for nature lovers: quiet, green and yet centrally located. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always trying to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I'd love to come back!"

My short stay here was really good. Friendly people, clean and quite large room, good breakfast buffet, the hallways are nicely decorated with furniture and decorations. When everything is open you can definitely eat and drink well here. The contactless check-in also worked great.

Ahoy,My colleagues and I were booked into this hotel for 4 nights. My first impression, middle class, good middle class. When we wanted to check in, there was no door open leading to reception, just a laminated notice that the key box was around the corner.OK. After 10 minutes we reached someone from the hotel who gave us the code. The remaining keys for the booked rooms were in the key box...unusual.So everyone got in, next hurdle, elevator broken. Well, suitcases were dragged up and then the cardboard door was opened. The furnishings are really nice, but still of value. My first look, “broken” bed, upon closer inspection it turned out to be repaired damage.Second look at what is probably the smallest TV I have ever seen in the room.Up to this point, not so tragic, I just had to be careful with the edge of the bed when getting in and out.But what was worst was that you could constantly hear what was going on in the hotel. So that you only apparently had privacy. So I got up at the latest with the other guests in the hotel, even though I could have slept 2 hours longer.I can't say anything about breakfast. But the staff, which I only saw sporadically, were very nice.Important addendum!!!The security and fire protection concept should be urgently reconsidered. The “doors” to the rooms are not escape doors. And since these don't have a knob on the outside, you have to lock them in. Which then makes escaping problematic. But it doesn't really matter, because there wasn't a detector in my room anyway.

I stay at the hotel regularly and always receive a friendly welcome. The rooms are modern and brightly furnished and nothing is missing. The breakfast is good and the staff is attentive. If you have any questions, there is always a contact person, whether by phone or on site - I am always helped. I always have a pleasant stay at the Hotel zum Dorfbrunnen and would be happy to come back.

A very nice contact for the entire process with Ms. Maes. Although the hotel was closed, we were given the opportunity to stay there for 2 nights (without breakfast). Access was guaranteed by a code-secured key box. The hotel is a little older, but lovingly decorated with new decorative elements. Our bed looked very rustic at first - but we slept excellently in it. Everything was very clean and for us a perfect price-performance ratio! We could all easily reach the places in Bornheim on foot and there was a baker and butcher on the street around the corner. So the location was perfect for us. Gladly again!
