The pizza was very good - absolute recommendation! In addition, the waitresses were friendly and everything went very quickly. The spaghetti with shrimp was also super tasty, there was no shortage of shrimp here. 👍🏼

Food was very good. There is still room for improvement in the salad dressing. Staff friendly. Prices very good. Finding a parking space was difficult despite there being many parking spaces

We had announced that we were coming with a dog and were able to choose between two reserved tables, which was brilliant.Our order was taken immediately and very friendly, the drinks were on the table after a few minutes and were poured very well. The salad came 10 minutes later and fresh-from-the-oven baguette was served when we asked for bread.The main course was served 25 minutes after entering the restaurant, although it was busy again this evening. Everything fresh and very tasty. Also an absolutely decent portion, which I had difficulty mastering. A dessert offered would really have been too much, so we would have had to stay longer...After less than an hour we left the Bergmattenhof very satisfied: the fair price-performance ratio, the super cozy ambience and the pleasantly warm seating area together with the very good service and the delicious food mean that we will soon be guests at the Bergmattenhof again.I can only ask everyone who has had a bad experience to give the team a second chance.

Terrace nice.....but!! Staff/service unfriendly, drinks..... cutlery basket and food are just "thrown down", I have the feeling that only finished products are served, i.e. nothing is made in our own kitchen. No recommendation!

Unfortunately I can't give a good review here. We had reserved a table on the terrace. The terrace is very nice, but that was the only thing. Long wait for drinks. The staff was completely stressed because there was a larger party there, but they had certainly made reservations in advance. The staff was therefore very unfriendly. You were just sort of processed. The food was also unacceptable for the price. The Cordon Bleus were as thin as if they had come from the freezer. At least the steak was done, but the sauce with mushrooms was also somehow out of the package and so was the pasta. With the salad, you could already taste the Maggi before you ate it. Waiting forever until someone saw that you wanted something to drink. A reason for us not to go there anymore. Too bad

With the new tenant and the Baden and Italian food on offer, the Bergmattenhof has finally earned a good rating. The food and drink (1/2 melon with Parma ham, tomato-mozzarella salad, 2 pizzas and 2 x ice cream as dessert, plus a cold beer and a wonderfully fresh rosé) were fresh, well seasoned and nicely presented. Thin Italian pizza base, well topped and really tasty. For two people we paid €70 including tip, which is good value for money. The service was friendly, the food came quickly. We were really satisfied.

Unfortunately, you won't find any service ideas here. Our order wasn't taken at the table, so I ordered inside. When I asked if I could pay by card, I just shook my head in disbelief. It's a shame, we would have ordered significantly more and generated sales. So it was just a small thing. When I asked if the food could be brought out to the terrace when it was ready, all I got was "Yessss, I'll look for it 🙄..."Sorry, but that's not how you retain guests.But: the snack was actually delicious.

Very nice restaurant located a little away from the street. Huge terrace, great atmosphere. Friendly service, very good food, prices completely ok, no extra charge for extra requests. Even for larger groups, the food comes relatively simultaneously. All in all, a great insider tip.
