Location: very good, a very nice holiday village right on the lake; Gastronomy: simply great; Accommodation (Bugalow from GDR times): exceeded our expectations, clean and comfortable; the support service: was very good.you can rightly say: pure relaxation. We were able to recover very well from everyday life.

Unfortunately a bit run down. You could do something nice with it there. No electricity in the bathroom, windows were broken and dishes were dirty. In general it wasn't that clean there

There are several apartments on Lake Quitzdorf, this one refers to the "Kimbucht", we cannot judge the others. "KIM" stands for "Kombinat Industrial Mast", in the GDR the mass farming of chickens. KIM built the facility around 1970. After reunification, bankruptcy and destruction, someone mustered the courage to rebuild it. Until then, admirable. Unfortunately, this is more of a patchwork than a renovation: cheap hardware store doors (untreated wood) in the wet area, etc. The kitchen is as disgusting as it is small. Everything is damp and musty, the blankets smell extremely unpleasant. We paid for three nights and left after one night. We weren't alone in this. At the reception it was simply greeted with “Have a good trip!” acknowledged. All in all, it's a shame, but either renovate properly (more like demolition and new construction) or forget all about it. You can't swim there either, the blue-green algae are reliable guests... To realize this, we wasted two nights at 49 EUR each...

The bungalows are simply furnished. Ideal for dog lovers with dogs. If you're expecting luxury, you're in the wrong place here, some things are getting old. The location, right on the reservoir, in the middle of the forest, makes up for a lot. The dogs feel very comfortable here. Each bungalow has a fenced-in terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet with your dogs. Barbecue area available, sauna can be rented privately. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring bed linen and towels. Fishing possible, there are parking spaces for caravans.

We were there for the fourth time with our dogs and as always it was very nice... I don't need any luxury, I have it at home... I just want to experience the peace and nature... that Bathroom was super tiny but everything you needed was there...so Bungalow 8 was only intended for slim people 😅

A wonderful weekend in a super idyllic place. Very nice staff on site. The Seeschenke gets an extra 5 points. Full all-round service for very good prices. Food is great and always plenty on the plate. Thank you for the great time. We'll be back.

Thank you for your hospitality! Many thanks to all employees. For us this is the best place for mental relaxation!!! We also plan to come here again. The shop is 5 minutes away by car. You can rent a boat and bicycles for the whole day. It's wonderful here and the prices are quite reasonable.LG

Ideal for a weekend out of the city. Quiet location, very friendly staff, child-friendly facility.But you shouldn't be afraid of dogs, as many guests have dogs with them.We liked it a lot 😊

It's incomprehensible who gives 5 stars here. It's probably the dogs who post here. The accommodations are underground, junk furniture, cobwebs, cheapest equipment. Mini golf, children's playground, parking lot, everything is rotten. Only coal is made here without investments. Where renovations took placeEverything was obviously my own work, according to the motto I can do everything. There are pieces of paper everywhere with obsolescence rules and threats of never again.

Simply underground... we had 7 bungalows and one was worse than the other. It smells like dogs and the carpets are stained. Something was broken on almost every refrigerator... there were cobwebs everywhere even though the cleaning ladies had just finished before us.I have rarely seen a once so busy and popular holiday accommodation run down like this.The facility itself is also falling into disrepair, and the playground and mini golf are not maintained or cleaned.The sauna is probably only there to look at from the outside.We've been coming here for many years, but this year was definitely the last time.It is strongly advised not to stay here even for one night.Dog-friendly or not, but the fact that you can take your dog into every bungalow, and many owners apparently even take them to bed with them, is not possible.

Unfortunately, the bay near the holiday village is very full of algae, so swimming in the lake is not possible. Some of the rooms have not yet been renovated. The service and gastronomy are very good. There is plenty of nature and relaxation for people and dogs.

If you're from the GDR or the USSR, you'll probably be impressed by both the standard and friendly service. However, if you are from the Rhineland or Poland, the resort hosts will give you the strong feeling that you are not welcome here and that you had better leave as quickly as possible.

We were there with our German Shepherd Kaya. It was very nice and the dog liked it too. There is a lot to do and there was also delicious food.
