We were there last weekend for a large family reunion, 26 adults and 9 children.The food is great and so is the environment, which unfortunately we didn't get to see much of due to the weather.But when it came to paying, I had a rude awakening. The VAT and the prices of food had risen.However, I was not informed about this.Well over a thousand euros in money flowed.I already had this requestSeptember 2023 and received a corresponding offer. However, there was no VAT. listed. I accepted this offer and informed our family group accordingly.Normally we would have had to pay the price at that time. It's similar to an early bird trip.I never received a request to pay anything.Accordingly, many people were angry about the bill and then went home.

A very nice holiday village. Beautiful, large holiday homes and very good service. Upon request, fresh bread rolls can be brought every morning. Everything clean. The pool is really very nice and high quality. We were able to enjoy our vacation very much. We would love to come back. A charging station for electric cars would be my only additional wish. Thank you

Nice little holiday village. The pool is a highlight in midsummer and was used a lot after the hiking tours.The houses are a bit old and, as many have described, a bit noisy, but the price-performance ratio is right.The breakfast buffet is very rich and many homemade and local specialties.The staff was super friendly and helpful.A smooth 6 out of 5 stars.

Houses are not modern, but functional. Neat and clean. Very noisy. WiFi is not sufficient. The facility was always clean and our children loved the pool.Service is great and always helpful.Nothing in the area is directly accessible on foot. You have to drive by car, for example to go shopping.

Hello, we were there as a family for a short vacation and I can say everything was great.They let us into the room earlier than 2 p.m., clean rooms, nicely furnished, nice view, good local connections.We'll definitely be happy to come back but hopefully a little longer this timeKind regards

We wanted to have a nice holiday as a family and were very disappointed with the accommodation. (See photos)Positive:- great pool and nice staff- cozy barbecue eveningNegative:The house we stayed in is in great need of repair and renovation. The equipment is very cheap and already very worn out. Damaged furniture and dishes. The bathroom on the ground floor should not be offered to guests. Lots of cracks in the tile covering and some of it loose.There is an urgent need for action when it comes to cleanliness. There is only superficial cleaning here.Here you don't feel valued and welcome as a guest 😞!!!!Criticism is noted by the staff and ignored by the owners.

Many different accommodation options. We had a semi-detached house for 6, a detached house for 5, which is designed for 7 people & an apartment for 4. The entire complex is beautifully laid out and very clean. There are table tennis tables, a volleyball court, a pool with loungers and playgrounds. You can book with breakfast, half board or full board or you can cater for yourself or have bread rolls delivered. The kitchens are well equipped and everything is there, e.g. a few dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. The rooms are relatively large, but a bit noisy inside the house. There are several parking spaces and you can quickly reach the next towns.

Definitely recommended for large family weekends. Numerous things to do in the area that can be reached by bike. The pool is great and heated by solar thermal energy when the sun is shining.

We spent a great weekend at Pentecost with a large family of 26. Great houses, good facilities. Bread service is great. The only drawback was that the heating in house 27 didn't work. When we asked, the caretaker came to us straight away, but the statement that it was too warm outside was why the heating switched off (when the outside temperature was 10 degrees in the evening) was very strange... Especially since it was comfortably warm in our other houses thanks to the heating in the evening. Otherwise everything was great, we'll be back.

Beautiful location. At the top of the hill you have a wonderful view over the forests. The houses are located close to the forest, making it an oasis of peace (depending on your neighbors 😉)Our house was immaculately clean. However, the house was very new. This meant that some practical matters were lacking:- trigger to pull the water back to the shower. Even after we requested this, it was not given. As a result, we often found ourselves in a wet bathroom- hooks for tea towels in the kitchen- cooking is electric, but the pans in the house were already used on gas and therefore bent.The houses also have translucent curtains. I saw every house throw blankets over the windows to darken somewhat. The lamps in the house are very bright.The swimming pool was nice. Just a bit of a shock that the bath is not heated.

Very quiet location. A more than adequately sized house intended for up to 5 people. Since we were here in March 2016, we were only able to use the beautiful outdoor areas to a limited extent. (Remaining winter with slush) The house is functionally equipped and we didn't miss anything.In summer the terrace is definitely a dream.Many excursion destinations can be reached within an hour's drive.

Super nice, cozy and familiar facility.The houses are very spacious and offer enough space.For children there are playgrounds, a climbing course and a football field.The newly created pool is great. It is also great for children as it is only approx. 1.25 m deep. There are enough places to lie down.The barbecue evening that takes place once a week is also nice.There are enough parking spaces in front of the complex, and the surrounding area is ideal for hikes, which are also suitable for children as there are not particularly steep gradients.We felt very comfortable here.
