The guesthouse is located on a very quiet street. 15 minutes walk to the old town. On-site parking is available right next to the guesthouse. Check-in is virtually unattended. There is a telephone number on the door. You call and get the number of the box where the key is located. The room was perfect, pleasant, clean. In the morning we met the owners over breakfast. Very nice, trying very hard to make everything work out as best as possible. Very nice atmosphere and tasty breakfast. A very positive experience.

Roxana and Matthias.Stay 03/29/2024-03/31/2024 (room 8)At breakfast on March 30, 2024 I ate spoiled pate (expiry date March 3, 2024). The breakfast glasses weren't washed properly, I had to drink water from the bottle (the glass smelled like unwashed socks).On the morning of March 31, 2024 around 8 a.m. they came to our room.But the price for two nights accommodation is 170 euros.There is a smell of sewage in the room and bathroom. The tiles in the shower area (the rosettes are red) should be washed from time to time.

Is centrally and quietly located. Rooms bright and friendly furnished. Bathroom is not that clean, but ok.Breakfast is very good. You get everything your heart desires.

Nothing but the best for this accomodation. Rooms are large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is a good guy and the lady who works there is too nice! Breakfast was incredible, so tasty. We will for sure come back again.Small tip, contact them directly to get the best price!See you again soon in Bautzen.

About 200 meters from the train station!Rooms are simply furnished but fully met our requirements. Nice breakfast buffet, nice staff and pleasant conversations with the boss Mr. Pfützner. Price/performance is top here.

Highly recommended. The guesthouse itself is run by the owner. The couple was extremely hospitable. For that reason alone I would stay there again. Thank you.The location is great, quiet and yet a stone's throw from the city center. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast impeccable and, as already mentioned, with extremely hospitable service.

We arrived at 11 p.m. in the evening. The host was super accommodating and left us the key. The room was really neat and super clean. Were warmly greeted at breakfast in the morning. The buffet was really fresh and there was a large selection. The whole house and the staircase are bright and clean.Gladly again at any time. Price-performance fits. Everything great.

Very nice guesthouse. The room was friendly and clean. The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love. Nothing was missing. The owner and the staff were super friendly. We felt very comfortable.The only small problem is that the parking spaces are otherwise always happy.👍

Completely overpriced. The stairwell is nicely decorated but unfortunately the banister is broken and a pole almost fell on my nose while walking up.The hallways to the rooms are very unkempt. There was an old refrigerator there. It had something like a storage room.The room was clean and had a slight hospital feel. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was a bit of nothing.The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the fan was broken.The breakfast... well the rolls tasted old. The jam was cheap penny jam, a type of cheese that tasted like nothing. And there was no sign of sustainability or saving plastic.I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this guesthouse at a price of 85 euros per night. I would even give 0 stars if that were possible.

Very nice, well-kept rooms, quiet location and a very nice owner. Always has an open ear for unusual requests. You can feel that his heart is in making the guests' stay as pleasant as possible.

A very nice accommodation with nice hosts.The rooms are very clean, well laid out and well equipped.The location is very good as you can be in the middle of the old town within 15 minutes and visit all the sights.The food (breakfast) is more than sufficient.The parking options are very good. You are also safe because the police are directly opposite.It is also recommended for train travelers. The guesthouse is located directly at the train station.The highlight was the host, as he was really interested in the individual guests and tried to make each guest's visit and stay as pleasant as possible.Insider tips included.
