We have already celebrated two family celebrations there and would book the country inn again and again. Very friendly service and top service. Even our dog was welcome every time. Food super tasty. Location is super nice so that you can take a pleasant walk in a nice atmosphere.

By chance I was able to attend an evening with a live event. The live band (jukebox) was great. The atmosphere in the beer garden was great. The service staff was extremely organized and in a good mood without exception. Despite the numerous guests, a menu with many dishes was offered. Many thanks to the owners and organizers for a very nice evening

A few weeks ago we held our wedding reception at Pöpsel.There was a super delicious grill buffet and thatService was super friendly and accommodating.Unfortunately, due to the weather, we weren't able to celebrate completely outside as planned. However, the team is flexible, so we were able to add a tent without any problems.Thank you for making this great evening possible for us!

We recommend. When you look at the Röstis you can literally see that they are homemade. The schnitzels don't look like standard frozen food either.Fresh salad and beautifully presented. The price is completely reasonable and pleasantly empty today during the week.Simply TOP. We would love to come back here.

We had a wonderful party at Haus Pöpsel.Even booking the party date was uncomplicated and we received every help so that we didn't have to organize almost anything ourselves. The rooms were then decorated and the tables were beautifully set. Everything was coordinated. It should be emphasized that the restaurant is in a fantastic location just outside of Beckum and we were also able to use the terrace. The food was highly praised by our party guests; it tasted good and was very appetizing. The service was extremely friendly, considerate, courteous, precise and quick. This even when time had already advanced.We can highly recommend Haus Pöpsel and would like to express our thanks for the all-round good support from the Hoffmann family and the entire team

Among other things, we celebrated our son's communion here and would do it again in a heartbeat.Super tasty food at a more than fair price. The staff is nice and quick. The kitchen is just great and the owners are great.Highly recommended

We celebrated our daughter's confirmation at Haus Pöpsel and the whole family was thrilled. The food was delicious and the staff left nothing to be desired and were very, very nice.It was a successful end to a great day. We would like to thank the whole team and would be happy to recommend others.

We went there for dinner today and were totally disappointed afterwards. The meat on the two lumberjack plates was completely dry. Half the plate was salad. Hello. Lumberjack plate!! No salad buffet. The three stars go to the very friendly service. We won't be coming back.

We were only there for lunch/coffee, so I can't comment on the rooms.The welcome was extremely warm, the service was very friendly and accommodating, our wishes were “read from our eyes!” The food, coffee and cake were excellent. After such a delicious meal, I was less hungry for cake. This could have been due to the excellent men's cream, which of course I had to take a second helping of :-)Thank you for the very nice day!!!We'll definitely come back.

It was a wonderful stay at the Gasthof Pöpsel :-)) the staff, service and kitchen and the owners always strive to give the guest a comfortable experience. The food was incredibly delicious :-)) my dogs were also warmly welcomed and we were given the feeling that they were welcome guests too. I can only recommend this inn. Thanks to all the lovely people :-)) I will definitely visit you again.

We reserved a table for the Easter buffet today (Easter Sunday) at 5 p.m. and also received confirmation of the booking. We were really looking forward to the buffet, it sounded very good. When we arrived and were brought to the table, we were unfortunately informed that instead of buffet there was only ala carte. We were very there!!! disappointed, they could have told us sooner (call or email), both were available. Food was ok but you just had to settle for the buffet, which was advertised on the internet. WE willdon't come again.
