The hotel has been completely digitalized (from the main entrance to the parking lot and the room can be controlled via mobile phone). The room is great and is equipped with a smart TV, a comfortable bed, a large closet for storing things, a large table and a matching chair. There is a smart mirror in the bathroom (which you can connect to your cell phone and listen to music while showering). The location of the hotel is also great. You can reach Edeka in 2 minutes on foot, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you can reach the city in just a few minutes. I can recommend Kochkommode Lokal (for hearty German cuisine) and Zendo (for authentic Asian cuisine) nearby (both are just a few minutes walk away). I found everything very excellent and am very happy to come back. 😊

A truly innovative hotel concept in a central location (only 10 minutes walk from Eberswalde main train station).I was very impressed by the uncomplicated online check-in. Every single process is well described so that nothing can go wrong. I was particularly excited about the mobile door opening via my smartphone!You will also be given a pin code for the main entrance, which will give you access to a check-in terminal if your smartphone battery is empty.There you can then get a replacement card for your room.The rooms are well equipped and really nice. Nothing was missing.Particularly worth mentioning is the great vaulted bar in the basement, where a rich breakfast buffet is served in the morning.Overall, I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed here overnight after the opening of the WoE. The hotel has charm thanks to its old building... the room is simple, but still chic and modern. The wooden wall paneling underlines the cozy nuance. Unfortunately, f.d. Didn't open the window at night and we only found one towel in the bathroom. We find digital, innovative service practical - but a service phone. No. At the check-in terminal or in the room would be good in an emergency. A coat rack for jackets would also be practical - maybe the operator can do something about it. In any case, our small deficiencies were immediately noted in the morning...The cellar vault for breakfast is an ingenious implementation and the offer was also right. We would recommend the hotel despite small stumbling blocks that will certainly be cleared out :-)

Located in the middle of tranquil Eberswalde, I was able to visit this great hotel shortly after it opened. The “digital reception” was unusual, but help was available in the bar in the vaulted cellar. Nicely furnished room, nothing was missing. Breakfast and bar offerings in the evening were perfect. The fact that an old existing building was converted is a big plus in my rating. Only recommended!

Beautiful new hotel with purely online processing. It takes some getting used to when you stand in front of the room door and have to open the door via the homepage. There are no keys or room cards as standard. Everything runs on the cell phone. If the cell phone is empty it can be fun. There is a terminal where you can get a room card with the booking number, provided the booking number is not also on your cell phone, which is empty. But there is definitely an emergency number. Everything worked for us when we checked in and it was funny to use the doors in the house or the parking lot entrance like that.There are paid parking spaces in the courtyard, but there were relatively many free spaces around the hotel when we arrived in the evening.The breakfast was sufficient and OK.The rooms were chic and modern, the bed was a bit softer but very comfortable.There will probably be more hotels without reception staff in the future. In Eberswalde you can test whether you can cope with that.

New accomodations and the team were still working out the details. But well worth the trip and the prices were a fraction of the Berlin rates. The decor was spot on as bed and linens were very comfortable. Pub on-site was a bonus. Very high techie features for the access to the facility and be prepared to use the phone to gain access to the rooms.
