The room is clean and practically furnished. The facility is clean but seems a bit old.The welcome was very warm and friendly. Very helpful.

The rooms are clean and tidy, just a bit dated with an 80s look.The service is very good, friendly and helpful.The location is almost perfect. It's only a few minutes' walk to the town center.

Dear Mr. Hartmann,We very much regret that you and your wife refused to talk to us on September 12th, 2023, despite being spoken to in person when we met in the breakfast room. As requested in your statement, we wanted to clarify our complaints regarding the booked suite in Villa Queen with you. We would definitely have found an amicable solution together. Instead, our initial irritation regarding the required advance payment and the disappointment about an uncomfortable, dreary atmosphere in the rooms was joined by anger at the ignorance and dismissive-derogatory behavior with which we received our request from both you and the young women at the reception were treated from above. We left upset and dissatisfied.Our tip: training in customer-friendly, empathetic attitudes and de-escalating communication behavior could be helpful.We noticed positively that the service staff, although not always professional, were very friendly and tried hard to serve; the breakfast buffet was rich.About the rooms: The relatively newly renovated bathroom with standard equipment was the nicest room in the suite. The furniture in the other two rooms, however, was old and limited in function. The closet doors in the living/sleeping area couldn't be closed and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the closet, so we didn't want to store our clothes there. The doors of the living room cupboard also could not be closed because the cupboard was warped. Part of the back wall was missing and the cabinet was damaged. The armrests of the chairs were torn so that the filler was visible. The decoration of the whole room consisted of 2 trays with a bottle each and 3 glasses on the living room cupboard; 2 silver-colored cubes, an indefinable vessel and a few books from the 60s on the room divider shelf as well as a small silver-sprayed wicker on the dining table in which a dried dark brown wreath rested. The high walls in the living area were occasionally decorated with (about 3?) postcard-sized pictures. At least the painter had thought about it and added a white stripe all around the yellow painted walls. The 2 mattresses in the double bed had hollows of different depths. After 10 p.m., furniture etc. was carried through the stairwell with a clatter, which ended with a loud slamming of the door.These circumstances cannot correspond to your owner philosophy! The exterior facade of the villa and the name of the house suggest the association with a tasteful, cozy interior and lovingly selected decoration (which does not necessarily have to be expensive!)

Small hotel without any particular charm.The best part of this hotel is the breakfast.Very varied with fresh products. Small downside, the room where breakfast takes place is small in a stifling atmosphere.The bedroom is rather spacious unlike the very small bathroom.Sleeping not the best. Fridge mini-bar that does not work.No air conditioning and there was a step in my room that I often tripped over.The location of the hotel is pleasant as it is very close to the historic city center.I slept in this hotel in June 2022 and it will not leave me with a lasting memory.Good but nothing more!

Great apartment. It had everything we needed. The location great.

As always, it was very nice here.

Unfortunately the furniture is a bit old-fashioned. What struck us particularly negatively was the fact that there was no possibility of making coffee and the beds and bed linen were old. Bathroom is noisy. Unfortunately, the comfort leaves a lot to be desired.

Great, large rooms here in the guest house of the Hotel Rosengarten. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. We recommend.
