The hotel absolutely does not correspond to its rating. I arrived late in the evening. It took a long time to find the reception desk and then my room, which was completely uncleaned, smelly and dirty.After that, I couldn't find anyone at the reception, so I was forced to book another hotel even though I had paid for this one and I didn't get my money back.

The entire area seems a bit dark and not particularly friendly to me. The rooms in the budget range are very spartan. I didn't see anything about a separate sitting area and dining area. The way to breakfast is quite a long way and when it rains you get there in mud because you have to go from one end to the other end of the complex. It's not comfortable. The breakfast is well prepared and is constantly refilled. It's a shame that jams, honey and butter are offered in small packagesThis is not environmentally friendly. Rolls are baked on site. Otherwise there are scrambled eggs and bacon and various types of sausage. All good but nothing special. Tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, as well as some fruit, cornflakes and orange juice, coffee and tea are also available.It's a shame that the numbers can't be found on all the houses, so it's a bit confusing on the site. All in all, it is a beautifully renovated facility with a lot of history, but I think it is a bit expensive for what is actually on offer on site.

What a beautiful location that I came across by chance. I was there for 1 day, but was very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room. I slept well and enjoyed the nature right next to the resort. I arrived in the evening and the staff heated up my microwave meal and I was even allowed to use the sauna at 8 o'clock in the evening, which was my private sauna at the time.The breakfast was good, although not very varied.

A super nice hotel. The room is very clean and spacious. Of course it's simply furnished but the most important thing is that it's very clean. Breakfast and dinner are very varied and always served fresh, but on weekends there is no breakfast. I don't understand why.

Located far from the city on a beautiful lake with the flair of the 60s. Built as a holiday and meeting place for the GDR. But well preserved and with many details left in the original. Perfect for classes and large families. Many opportunities to spend the day with children. I was traveling for work and slept there. The rooms are spartan but you have everything you need. There are enough parking spaces. The breakfast was OK. I was full.

I rate this from the perspective of a hotel guest.The rooms are plain and simple but definitely clean. However, the hallways are extremely noisy; you notice every guest and every step in the hallway.In general, the facility is more like a large youth hostel, but it's really great. Children and young people will find lots of fun and entertainment here. Unfortunately not really suitable as a hotel. There is no option to eat, the restaurant on site is only open when the weather is good, there is no other option.But the breakfast was really good. Everything there, big selection, everything fresh, top.

It was super beautiful there and the water was a dream, like the sea, crystal clear, only a bit very cold in the water. The service in the café was a bit unfriendly but she was alone due to illness. But the prices at the kiosk were super not overpriced. But the uprising by foreign citizens and the subsequent police operation were not necessary. But otherwise it was very nice and not overcrowded that you couldn't get any more space. It is only important to bring sun protection because the shaded areas are very limited and there are almost only sunny areas there. All in all, I can say we would love to come back.

Hello, we are extremely disappointed because the resort has a barrier-free seal, which is absolutely not true. Never travel there in a wheelchair. The hotel rooms are large but do not have a walk-in shower and are therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. You can't get into the dining rooms either. Sorry, that's not possible. Even the really friendly people at the reception don't understand the seals registered on the Interbet and I think that means something. We canceled the holiday after 1 night. However, that was positive I got my paid money back without any problems. Thank you very much for that.

We were there for two nights on a Berlin-Usedom bike tour. The rooms were quite OK, the beds were even very good. Dinner was okay, but a bit too expensive in my opinion. Overall, the impression on site doesn't match the website: I think it looks much simpler than on the internet. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is also not harmonious.

NegativeSeehaus 5 has a hornet's nest in the wall!!!! One person of ours was also jokingly stung. This is extremely dangerous.The staff (the old man) at the entrance is incredibly unfriendly.The common room in the Seehaus is extremely uncomfortable.Meal time 45min.PositivePlayground and lake are nice.

We spent only one night in the resort on our way from the northern part of Germany to the Czech Republic. We managed to enjoy swimming and the beach, we were offered the use of the local gym and we could possibly use the sauna hour for free. But we didn't make it, we'll try next time. The breakfast was delicious and the children enjoyed the free space, the ball-kicking field and other corners of the area the most. Thanks!
