Very nice management, comfortable room, great lounge, great breakfast. We can only recommend this guesthouse.

You will receive a friendly welcome. If you come outside of that time, the key is available in a key safe. The kettle specified in the description is no longer available in the room (No. 7). There is a coffee machine in the common room that also has hot water. There is also a fridge in the common room (I would have liked it in the room). Our room was clean and practically furnished. The rooms are located in a backyard, so you don't notice anything from the street. Unfortunately, the floor in the hallway creaks, so when I came in the evening I felt guilty about the other residents. But this is not unusual for old floorboards. The shopping street can be reached quickly and it is also a quick walk to the hospital.

Very good guesthouse at reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and practical, they are apparently currently being renovated. The inner courtyard is very practical for parking bicycles and motorcycles (too small for motorcycle groups). E-bikes can also be charged.

Close to the center and really super clean. Nothing in the area even comes close to the price-performance ratio.Ps: don't be put off by the building, the rooms are really good.

Nice courtyard and nice breakfast and a very lovely lady who gave us extra rolls so that we could take something with us for the bike tour.

Stayed in the guesthouse one night after a concert in the Sachsen Arena. The room was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is housed separately in a room. Each of the rooms has a separate bathroom opposite. But that didn't bother us. The breakfast was very tasty and there was everything you need for breakfast. Would stay there again at any time.

Spontaneous booking during our bike tour, uncomplicated and friendly. Price-performance ratio is okay, room and bathroom tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the mattress in the double bed room 10 was very sagging, so we had a rather poor night's sleep, which was not helped by the location at a traffic light intersection and the very loud street noises (even with the windows closed). The friendly breakdown service the next morning is definitely worth highlighting. All in all recommended 👍🏼

Very clean room. Very friendly contact. Booked and received an overnight stay with breakfast. Please do not confuse guesthouse with first class hotel.We will book it again.

We were only there one night and arrived around 10 p.m., as agreed. The room, in a side. The annex was freezing cold, the heating was turned on, but it went into night mode at 11 p.m. Luckily there was a good fan heater on the clothes shelf, which we left on throughout the night because the room was really cold. You could have thought ahead and preheated it slightly.So0 it was definitely a big waste of energy.Main points of criticism: TV - hyper modern, couldn't be used. You should always set up or connect to “fire TV” accounts or “Amazone” accounts. I expect nothing more from a television in a hotel or less, that it sends colorful images when turned on and at least has basic services.The owner who called had no idea and said the caretaker had checked it and it was working...Hmmm...if you have no idea how your own TV works, that's very strange...WiFi was so weak for us that we set up our own hotspots. We were then able to watch TV on our laptop. Luckily I still remembered my zatoo account.The mattresses were a bit soft, but they were just fine - you could (still) sleep very well in them. That's why there's one star. (And because you can't write anything else here.)The breakfast menu, which cost €11 per person, was sobering: one type of cheese, 3-4 types of cold cuts (the usual suspects), cornflakes, etc. were there. Likewise, jam from environmentally unfriendly small packages. One breakfast egg per person that was boiled way too hard - I didn't finish it. When I asked, I got scrambled eggs - "loveless": without salt or spices, bacon, or chives - nothing. Just scrambled crumbly egg from a tetra pack. It was Sunday - no cake or other highlight... nothing. That was a breakfast that was probably 7.50 per person before Corona. cost - but it wasn't even worth it. All in all a failure.
