We were there from October 10th to October 13th. I was a guest at the Kronprinz because my godmother celebrated her golden wedding anniversary there. The rooms were simple but clean. Very friendly reception. On the ground floor there was a drinks fridge, a coffee machine and a microwave, which could be used at any time. The celebration was perfectly organized and we were professionally looked after all day. Very tasty buffet, attractively decorated and presented. There was a table breakfast every morning that left nothing to be desired. We would be happy to come back and would like to take this opportunity to thank the hostel family.

I can't give a review about the rooms because they weren't used. The service was very good. The staff was quick, organized, friendly and attentive. The treatment of 50 seniors - some of whom had limited mobility - was commendable. The quality of the dishes (selection from a so-called group menu) should be emphasized, as they did not give the impression of being ready-made.There was a well-stocked selection of drinks. The ambience was pleasing to the point of being comfortable and was a testament to good taste. The location on a street that was obviously not very busy at the time we were there contributed to the comfort of our stay. For the sake of satisfaction, it is not out of the question to stop there again on another day's trip.

We went there on a bike trip and fully loaded to have breakfast. But we found out on site that the location was closed for vacation. There was no reference to this online. You can announce something like this on Google Maps as well as on your own homepage.

Absolute failure. Yesterday we wanted to go out to eat with the family at the Kronprinz because Schnitzel Day was announced online. We were happy when we got to the restaurant and everything was empty because we were afraid that it might be quite full because it was schnitzel day. But our joy quickly faded when we realized that something was wrong. My wife then went outside again and immediately came back with the information that Schnitzel Day had been canceled. But he was still listed as active online. Is it really that difficult to inform guests about the cancellation of an event, even in advance? Or is it now so common to present the guest with a fait accompli and let them arrive pointlessly? If so, dear operators of the Kronprinz, then you can save your online presence. Luckily we were able to save the evening with a visit from a very nice Italian in Herzberg. You definitely won't see us again in the Kronprinz.

I wanted to go out for dinner there with a friend yesterday (August 2nd). A look at the homepage showed that that evening was schnitzel day. Inquired about reservation on (July 30th) using the contact form. Didn't get an answer. We went anyway because the Kronprinz is rarely fully booked. The restaurant door was open, but no one was in sight. Despite shouting, no response. I dialed the Crown Prince's number, only an answering machine. Even after 20 minutes (!!!!) no one came. The entire restaurant could have been cleared out (laptop was on the counter). Outside on the menu we saw that “Schnitzelabend” was marked “cancelled”. In the morning I looked at the homepage again and there was no sign of an outage. Anyone who demonstrates this kind of gastronomic culture shouldn't be surprised if no one comes anymore. Never again Crown Prince, that's a joke! PS: The greeting with the pillows on the floor was from us!

We can only rate the restaurant. Had lunch in the well-kept beer garden. First there was a greeting from the kitchen. Cold cucumber soup with some onion baguette. Very refreshing. The liver was cooked to perfection, the accompanying celery mashed potatoes went well with the fried onions. The bacon-wrapped pork loins were still juicy and tender, and the beans and new potatoes were delicious. Both dishes came with the same, well-seasoned, homemade gravy. Everything was hot, the portions were just right. Everything is fresh and (except for the baguette) no ready-made items/Tk. (and we didn't notice it :))We'll definitely go there again. Price-performance ratio is right for us. Unfortunately, we've often had disappointingly bad meals in Falkenberg and the surrounding area for this price. Deserved 5 stars, keep it up!

Really great food, the breakfast didn't lack anything (scrambled eggs, fruit, quark, fresh vegetables, honey, etc.). Great room, everything was clean and very quiet at night. Sufficient parking spaces, also suitable for sprinters or crafters. Downtown not far away. Price-performance is 👍Very good address, highly recommended!!!👌👌
