The single room is a bit small, but quite sufficient. There is still some scope for optimizing the use of space, but overall you can feel comfortable. The bed could do with a better mattress, but overall it's very good value for money. The cleanliness in the room was good, but unfortunately a trash can was not emptied before the room was reoccupied and the "soap dispenser" in the shower was not filled. Small mistakes that actually shouldn't happen in a guesthouse. The breakfast falls somewhat short of expectations. A table breakfast is served. We like the selection of fruit provided. The selection of bread toppings is good, but there is still room for improvement. A restriction to just baked wheat rolls is a bit disappointing here. Overall, a solid pension with nice hosts.

Always my pleasure. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. There is an outdoor area that invites you to linger. And there are shops nearby for everything you need.

5 stars are far too few, because this guesthouse is incredibly beautiful and everything is well structured. Whether the rooms, the location or the hostess, everything is perfect. We were only there for one night but it was so quiet and the delicious breakfast we got was really great. We'll be back and will also stop by the Sisters Hotel (Kronprinz) where you can eat delicious food and sleep too. Thank you very much for everything.

Charming mix of old and new. We liked it very much. We were given a very warm welcome and were even allowed to arrive earlier than the actual check-in and were even given breakfast. It was clean and the room door had soundproofing. You can hear the neighbor's chickens and the farm dog, but we are rural. Price performance was top for us. 2 nights with 2 dogs and 2 breakfasts for 2 people 150€ is totally legitimate. The rural idyll invites you to linger. We would like to come again!

Once and never again. Too far from the train station. BED is hard as a rock. The drinks fridge hums all night long and the remorseful cat howls outside. In addition, even on a Sunday morning at 5 a.m. there are other guests, workers loud, slamming doors, chatting, etc. Breakfast or packed lunch was forgotten. Communication is zero. I expect that the guests are taken care of. Especially those who arrive later. Not recommendable. First impression and something like that.

Price performance ratios very expensive for what is on offer. The bathroom door doesn't close properly. Showers are very old and sometimes the hallways don't smell that good. There isn't even an ordinary hairdryer! That was my impression.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms or the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult in advance because after booking on Booking.com, arbitrary prices were quoted for pets even though it was stated that there were no additional costs for animals. There are no additional costs shown on our own homepage either. Unfortunately, the response to my query in this regard was not very professional. If you notice that guests are treated very unprofessionally, I would rather look for another accommodation, even if it costs more. Very unfortunate!!!Unfortunately, you can see from the owner's response that the communication is not what you expected. An offer was never made, which wasn't the point; I was prepared to pay the costs. But putting the blame on another homepage, whether the inn states whether there are costs or not, shows that you can't or don't want to deal with constructive feedback here.

We were there for the first time in August with friends, it was really nice. Friendliness is the top priority there. Rooms clean and beautiful. We had breakfast and everything was great. We decided that we would definitely go on holiday there again.

Very clean and modernly furnished. Mega breakfast, with lots of fruit, vegetables, sausage and cheese. Everything fresh and very tasty. Price/performance top! Gladly again.

We were in Falkenberg for “KRÄHE”. We received a very friendly welcome and our expectations were not disappointed. Everything is prepared with great attention to detail. EVERYTHING was very clean. We were looking for a holiday apartment because we were visiting relatives nearby and a dog had to be allowed.There were enough parking spaces there. There was a small pond with fish, which the children really enjoyed looking at. There was an old pool there, not particularly nice to look at. You could get through a small gate into a field and let the dog run around and run around, definitely a plus point. The apartment was nice and big. The bathroom was the most beautiful place in the apartment. Definitely a highlight with a large bathtub and shower. The kitchen was also very spacious and modernly equipped. Unfortunately there was only one dishwashing tablet and no garbage bags. The terrace was also very nice. Certainly even more beautiful in summer.A nice big dining area. One bedroom was nice but unfortunately very noisy. Unfortunately, the living room and second bedroom were only separated by a small partition, so you couldn't have a conversation in the evening. Unfortunately there were no blinds facing the main street either. Otherwise the children would have woken up. Something should definitely be changed on the floor, which creaks and squeaks so much when everyone walks over that everyone wakes up.Overall, a nice weekend.
