I can't say much about the hotel, but about the decadence and arrogance of the staff. Do you have to behave so antisocially? Actually, you should believe in common sense, especially with advertising on the vehicle. But probably not

Few parking spaces available. The reception at the hotel was friendly. Rooms are functionally furnished. Unfortunately there was only a cold buffet for dinner, which I didn't take advantage of from the second day. The cleaner unlocked the room shortly after 9 a.m. without knocking and left without an apology or a friendly comment. Overall very strange. When I checked out I wasn't asked if everything was OK, and I don't know that from other hotels either.

We were warmly welcomed, the rooms are very clean, with a balcony. The breakfast is sufficient, you can get into town quickly, the walk to the thermal baths is a little further.

I stayed in the hotel for three weeks. I had a double room. The bathroom was extremely dated. For one thing, it took 3 to 5 minutes to get warm water in the shower. When it was warm, the temperature constantly alternated between warm and cold. There was also no water pressure. The entire bathroom was also showing its age. There were large holes in the plaster on the door frames.The other room (attic) was furnished with an ancient green carpet. One of the two bed lights was also broken. Therefore only one star for the room.One day I had put a "Do Not Clean/Do Not Enter" sign on the outside of the door. Nonetheless, the manager's husband came into the room and ignored it. He knocked twice and I answered twice. Suddenly the gentleman unlocked the door from outside. I had to lock it shut and close it again from the inside.When I complained about this to the owner, I was told that her husband wanted to inspect the defective light in order to get replacement parts. Well and good, I thought. When I asked if anyone else would enter the rooms even if there was a red sign on the door, I was answered: "Yes. We have certain washing days. The cleaning staff will still enter the room!" Very cool, I thought. However, since the staff is generally very friendly, I'll stick with the well-intentioned 2 stars.Let's get to food.The breakfast and dinner are cheap standard products and you will be full. It's still ok. Lunch is a complete disaster. You quickly notice that the hotel does not have a chef. After all, the owner’s husband does the cooking.The food is oversalted, it is cooked with ready-made products, the taste is unacceptable and absolutely unhealthy. Two dishes stood out. One day there was frozen pizza. And not a good one. Another tip of the iceberg was a fried fish with hash browns and peas and carrots. The hash browns were burnt. On the "vegetables" there were two large spoons of hollandaise sauce (finished product). Bottomless impudence.All in all the worst hotel I've ever been in. Oh by the way, the pool has been a construction site since Corona and cannot be used. You're not told either.Don't book this hotel!!! Thanks

I spent two weekends in the hotel. Both times the rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was also good, the hotel manager and the staff were very friendly.

The accommodation was functional. Some things in the bathroom need a new coat of paint.The reception is not manned from 5 p.m. as written. The key collection was in a safe outside. We didn't know to call.The tourist tax had to be paid extra. There was no certificate for this. Otherwise we could have gone to the spa park for free.There is not enough parking space in front of the house. We had to park a few meters away. Some are residents parking spaces.You quickly walked into town.The breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

The location of the hotel is ok, you can quickly walk to the old town. There are only a few parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. The room we had was newly renovated and well equipped. However, the bed was too soft for me. It was good for my wife. The bathroom isn't too big and the heating could use a coat of paint.The breakfast was okay, but nothing earth-shattering.

As always, quiet, functional rooms, nice service, breakfast

My mother and I have been coming to Bad Salzuflen and especially to this hotel for many years. There is a nice, family atmosphere. You can quickly get into the city on foot. There is always delicious food morning, lunch and evening. We like it here.
