We booked the Möwe bungalow in the Baltic Sea idyll by the sea from July 4th, 2024 to July 27th, 2024 and were very disappointed.The outside area is very dirty and unkempt and does not invite you to linger.There are weeds everywhere, the beach chair is not only dirty but also broken.There were also many defects inside the bungalow, from the dirty and broken blinds on every window to the broken toilet seat, broken trash can, etc.When we complained, we were offered someone to come and clean the next day.However, we politely declined because no one was supposed to come into the bungalow to clean during our vacation.This could have happened before we arrived, as could measuring the blinds that were broken (surely for a long time).The fact that we were given €100.00 off the price, which wasn't really cheap for this bungalow, didn't change our opinion.Luckily the weather was kind to us, so we were able to go out and about in the area with our furry friend every day.The environment is really the only thing that deserves more stars.Margitta and Uwe Scholz

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished.Unfortunately, after 1 week the heating was turned off, saying it was now summer. This year May was definitely still very cool.The refrigerator didn't work properly and the food spoiled very quickly.Unfortunately, no remedy was found during our vacation, on the grounds that it was still under warranty.The employee couldn't be reached the day before, but we were then told that he always gets in touch. No he did `nt.

All in all a good landlord. The communication went quite smoothly.Unfortunately we had to make our own bed (a small setback after 7 hours of travel).We hope that you continue to have a wonderful Nienhagen holiday without any incidents.

If we had been informed that there was a pizzeria with an outdoor area and disco sound on the property border, I wouldn't have spent €850 for 7 days. We're already thinking about leaving again tomorrow. We stayed here in the area about 500-800 meters closer to the beach in a holiday apartment from the same provider about three months ago, and everything was good.Addendum:I called the police at 11:15 p.m. The officers were there after 10 minutes and ensured calm. I was told it was a birthday party with an outside DJ. should act and that the noise is actually not common here. The next day everything was really quiet.Addendum 2:On the following Monday and Tuesday, the holiday apartment is in the back area of ​​a senior day care facility, we witnessed how quite a few seniors were brought to the residence with a kind of shuttle service. From around 8.30 a.m., passenger transporters arrived every 5 minutes and arrived in front of our kitchen window, which is also our living room, to "unload" the people. The entryway for these people is right next to our kitchen wall. Almost everyone had to use a walker to get around. Everyone is posted on the wall.Normally we are not so sensitive, but when we got a call on Tuesday, arrival on Saturday, we had the "so-called coffee" on!The designated parking spaces for cars have full sun from morning to evening. We drive a black car and everyone can imagine how warm it can get in it, so we parked the car directly in front of the house without disturbing or hindering anyone, and our assigned parking space was occupied by another guest, it says there it in the shade.We were confronted with the accusation of being "reported" by another resident that we were standing there because we have an "E" at the end of the license plate and therefore drive an electric car that is supposed to be charged from a household socket.We're leaving tomorrow, that's it for the future with Bartsch in Nienhagen. We're giving away three paid days of vacation, we don't care!Thanks for nothing!

So overall a quiet location,When it comes to cleanliness of the holiday apartments, more needs to be done (cobwebs, calcification on shower heads and taps) when it comes to kitchen materials, there were also a few small things that were missing.But that's more because the cleaning staff didn't report it to Mrs. Bartsch... They had to do it themselves, I can say that because I was there last year.
