The staff loudly insulted each other from the terrace into the house when they arrived. The room was very small and noisy. The whole house is very noisy and the drinks fridge in the hallway can be heard everywhere. We thought just one night... that would be fine... we didn't sleep well. And we are happy to be able to leave again today. This is more of a hostel than a hotel and is too expensive for that.

I spontaneously booked one night and was totally satisfied. The breakfast is great (light and dark rolls, toast, cereals, yoghurt, eggs and sausages, various juices and fruit) and the service was great, I had forgotten my charging cable and I was helped immediately 🙏Would be happy again and totally recommended for a short stay. Börgerende beach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot and in Nienhagen in 8 minutes by car.

No hot water - we couldn't shower, no WiFi, for breakfast there were hard rolls from the discount store - every campsite does that better. It wasn't clean either. Only staff with communication difficulties on site.

We spontaneously got a room there. The two gentlemen were very helpful and kind. It wasn't very clean, but it was enough. Breakfast was completely fine. It was nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine. Thank you very much 🤗🤗🤗

The mobile home turned out to be an old, filthy barrel sauna, which, apart from the fact that it smelled of old infusion inside, had holes in it and dirt on the bedsheets. Sleeping was out of the question because it was thought that there was a mattress on top of it Sauna slatted frame passes for a bed and you have to share it with ants.We left again the same evening.

We were only there for 3 days and it was completely enough. You can't expect much. The entrance area was very neglected and unappealing, there were even dried out Annas in the flower pots, carpets were dirty, bottle caps were piling up next to the self-service refrigerator for days... chairs thrown together in the dining room, Easter bunnies were still standing around in August. The room, on the other hand, was very good!!!! The bathroom was VERY small, the door couldn't be closed because it was warped. WiFi is 0 in the whole house, when asked it was said that the line was too weak. TV hardly any channels, when asked: “Are you here to watch TV!” I even had more choice abroad! NO room service! Attention was paid to the breakfast buffet but it was undemanding and easy to prepare. In my opinion, hotel criteria are not, more like a pension.

The key handover is contactless and uncomplicated. The flower pots in front of the house were not freshly planted. But the house is already looking very old. In the bathroom there were shower bath dispensers with old containers that had been hanging in the device for ages. Unfortunately, it looks like it was intended but couldn't do it. We asked ourselves, what is going on here? Breakfast also seemed like we were trying everything but love was just missing. The comfort wasn't there for us, which is a shame.I would say: an accommodation with a lot of open potential!
