Café im Schafstall

A great building, you would want to get married there. Beautifully secluded location with lots of green space around it. Very tastefully decorated. We had booked breakfast and when we asked where we should sit, the waitress replied that she didn't give a damn. Breakfast with an extra fried egg was good, price reasonable. Beautiful image motifs

Very nice café in a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.There is a large selection of delicious tarts and cakes here. When the weather is good, it's nice to sit outside.Free parking spaces are available. Always my pleasure. 😀

Cafe, wonderful

Had lunch there while passing through. Dishes were freshly prepared and very tastyService very committed and friendly.Very well-kept facility lovingly furnished and the garden and park are very beautiful. Great location for celebrations of all kinds.A visit is worth it.We'd love to come back.

I visited the café with friends and although there was only one other table in the large hall, we were not served. The other company came at the same time and was already eating cake after some champagne when we asked if we could order something too. Then the annoyed-looking waitress replies: I've been waiting for you at the front the whole time...why are you even called by your first name? After you had selected everything at the counter, you quickly got what you wanted and no further attention was paid to it. So we went back to the counter to order more drinks later. The card was handed to me straight away. I almost expected that I would also be given a pen and piece of paper to take my guests' orders myself.So service is zero, friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Cake and coffee were very tasty and the atmosphere was nice too.But you don't have to go there again, my friends also confirmed. Too bad

I was a guest at a wedding on August 9th, 2024And we felt very comfortable. Service was very nice, food was great, rooms were great, everything was perfect.Super nice property and everyone was super nice.We will come again sometime.Best regards to the whole team

Dear Ms. Lohmann, dear service team,On July 27th, 2024 we celebrated our wedding reception with around 50 people. It was a really nice wedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I think we and our guests couldn't have wished for a better service team. There was a cold/warm buffet with something for everyone. The food was very tasty, we also heard this from all our guests. The location itself is a dream, but what was even nicer was that there were various animals on the farm. In general you can say that it was a nice wedding celebration and everything went well with the planning. Thank you very much for this unforgettable day!!!

An idyllic paradise on an impressive and beautifully landscaped and well-maintained property - and with a top connection to the A2. Our room in the “manor house” was simply furnished at its best and with a lot of charm and love for nature. Everything is of top quality - starting with the towels and ending with the great wooden bed - or your own coffee in the room?! :-) The cleanliness cannot be topped - this applies to the entire property and our room including the bathroom. And you also have your own parking space right in front of the impressive building. Class! The location of Café Schafstall fits seamlessly into my 5-star rating.Very cozy half-timbered building on the outside and a very cozy celebration room on the inside. Everything here is well thought out - the atmospheric lighting concept impressed me the most. And the food (buffet cold/warm) was sensational! There is so much more to discover around “the café”. Lots of places to retreat - a winter garden (with underfloor heating I picked up) and a spacious sun terrace where you can relax even when it rains - thanks to the huge umbrella. This is particularly pleasing for smokers. :-) Absolutely great and I definitely want to mention Sarah's fantastic, young team again. Cindy and the young guns were not only cool and absolutely sweet, but also motivated to the core! Everyone really ran and did everything possible until late into the night to fulfill our guests' every wish immediately. Everyone was always wonderfully natural, in a great mood, absolutely accommodating and fresh and lively. An impressive gastro team! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PASSIONATE WORK! By the way, the reason for our stay was a wedding from a close circle of friends with around 50 to 60 people. With so many superlatives, what is left to say? Oh yes - the fact that Sarah, as deputy managing director and active part of the team, is also a feast for the eyes somehow completes the picture! :-) You can also say it honestly.
