We had a wonderful 10 day holiday in Chalet Zwetschgen Häusl. The children loved the contact with the hares/rabbits, donkeys and cows on the farm. Every day there was a delicious breakfast from Mrs. Paul and a super fun and exciting tractor ride with Mr. Paul. The children were also very happy that they could help feed the animals. We also really enjoyed the whole area (Chiemsee, Alte Saline, zoo, hiking trails, swimming lake around the corner, restaurants, farms, etc.). We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to charge our electric car. The WiFi is very slow, but that wasn't relevant for us because we wanted to "switch off". The chalet itself was also very clean and had everything we needed. Everything is as offered on the website and the beautiful pictures correspond to reality. We are very grateful for the unforgettable time and wish the Paul family the best and can only recommend them.

We spent a very nice, quiet and sometimes exciting holiday at the Niederauerhof. Jasmin and Manuel have a young family and try very hard to make their guests as pleasant as possible. They have a very pleasant and friendly manner, which made us very happy. The complex is in a great location, alone with a very beautiful mountain view. The breakfast is very rich and has something for everyone. Wishes are also fulfilled, for which I would like to thank you again. There are many destinations that can be easily reached by bike and there are also plenty of places to stop for refreshments by bike in the evening. We are very enthusiastic about the detached Apfelhäusel - a great, new wooden holiday home, suitable for up to four people (1 bathroom/toilet). Bread service or breakfast possible. Quiet location on a farm with livestock and beautiful views. We would be happy to come back and recommend this holiday address until then.

We spent a wonderful week here in the Apfelhäusl. The houses are beautifully furnished and you have a beautiful view from the terrace. There are lots of vehicles for the children and a great playground with a sandpit, trampoline, swing and cable car. Since the farm is located a bit away from the street, you can let the children jump without worry.The Paul family is very nice and fulfilled all of our wishes. The breakfast was also very good. We didn't lack anything.The surrounding area also offers a lot for excursions - it wasn't boring. Our children didn't want to go home.We will definitely come back again.The only negative thing was the many gnats, but nobody can do anything about that.... so -> don't forget Autan or something similar 😀

We were there with 8 people, rented two chalets and a double room to present our bayer to our friends and relatives. to show home. The chalets are very spacious, have everything you need, and offer a wonderful view of Neubeuern Castle and the mountains from the terrace. The Neubeuren bathing lake can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Hiking and cycling tours are very possible from Niederauer Hof. We all really enjoyed it and we can only recommend the Niederauer Hof.

We had a wonderful spring vacation at the Niederauer Hof and are going home with many wonderful memories.The spacious holiday apartment “Birnbaum” is located on the upper floor of the main house and has a great atmosphere with its high ceilings. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the Alps on one side and the Neubeur Castle (idyllicly lit in the evening) on the other. The two bathrooms were very comfortable for us as a family.Our children (3 years, 5 years) found numerous opportunities to play in the yard. In addition to a trampoline embedded in the ground, many vehicles, a sandpit with toys and an awning as well as a climbing frame with a playhouse and slide, there was even a cable car that our children used with enthusiasm.Under parental supervision, you can visit the cows in the stable and watch them being milked. There are also two donkeys on the pasture, cats and rabbits.The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious coffee in all sorts of variations, homemade jam, a great tea buffet and a wide range of cheese and sausages, eggs in various preparations and a selection of crispy, freshly baked rolls gave us an enjoyable start to the day.Ms. Paul and her family warmly welcome all guests and are always open to questions about excursion destinations in the area. There are wonderful excursion destinations both in the immediate vicinity and within a 20-minute drive, so we would be happy to come back. Thank you for the lovely stay!
