We can only advise against this stay. Despite booking, we were not provided with a terrace, which was a huge annoyance. Additionally, the water was turned off at night, meaning we couldn't use the toilet at 3am - really unacceptable. The breakfast was extremely meager and not worth the price. I found it particularly outrageous that they charged an additional fee for using the power supply for our cool box, even though it was absolutely necessary for storing insulin. When people asked for toilet paper they just rolled their eyes. All in all, an extremely disappointing stay.

If you love Upper Bavaria, want to combine its beauty and hiking and city visits, and are not afraid of short car journeys, you can live centrally in the Huber Guesthouse!!!The Wendelstein is within reach, Rosenheim, Aibling and Kolbermoor are not far at all.This house is very particularly clean, excellently managed.Ms. Huber takes care of everything that needs to go well. Parking directly at the house.In short: beautifully old Upper Bavarian with newly renovated rooms and beautiful bathrooms.A real insider tip to escape the everyday madness.

I can only recommend this inn, I have rarely met someone so friendly and warm, the rooms are impeccable. The inn is located in the middle of the town of Au, two German restaurants and an Italian restaurant are within easy walking distance. Thanks again, to the Huber family, for the lovely week.

We were on holiday there for 11 days and felt very well looked after. Ms. Huber always had very good tips for excursions, the breakfast was more than plentiful and we felt like we were at home. We can definitely recommend the Huber guesthouse and will go there again ourselves 👍👍👍

We spent two wonderful weeks of vacation in the “Himmegugger” holiday apartment and would come back at any time!The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. The Huber family is very hospitable and is happy to advise guests on any questions about excursions and tips about their vacation.The location of the accommodation in Au b. Bad Aibling is another positive aspect, you only need a few minutes on foot or by bike to get into nature. Unfortunately, the WiFi quality isn't particularly good, but we were able to ignore that on our active holiday.We felt very comfortable and look forward to seeing you again!

Here you can spend a very relaxing holiday. Whether with children or as a couple. The holiday apartment is very spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The Huber family is very friendly and gives super helpful tips for excursions. Only recommended!

Very nice and courteous landlords who really care about their guests. The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything you need. There was even a cot available. There is also a great playground right around the corner where children can really let off steam. As a family with a small child you feel really in good hands here.
