Comfortable apartments. Very clean, fresh linen, comfortable room. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Breakfast in the library is great! There is also a mini kitchen.The parking lot is small.

This was my second time in this beautiful guesthouse. It is an old villa with beautifully furnished, large rooms, most recently I had a room with a terrace. Breakfast was in the library and was rich and tasty. I went hiking in the Eifel and on both days I was able to have breakfast well before the actual time.The host family is very warm and I always felt very welcome. I'd love to come back 😍

A beautiful house, very well maintained, owner-managed, very friendly. Our room and bathroom were very large. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is also a small kitchen.Our bikes could stand in the garage and be loaded there.There was a very generous and lovingly prepared breakfast.

Beautiful villaBut here we never talk about breakfast times. 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.... You want to switch off in the Eifel and can't even sleep in. The breakfast is okay. However, cheese, vegetables and sausage all on one plate (everything touches each other).. stupid if you're vegetarian or pregnant.. everything a bit sparse. The bathroom also smelled a bit (it's an old building). Parking is very tight. We voluntarily parked further away. Otherwise quite okay, but expectations were a little higher.

A beautifully restored villa as a guesthouse with a beautiful garden. The rooms are lovingly decorated; Breakfasts in the winter garden or the library are rather unusual. In addition, the owner couple is very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable here and will book here again if the opportunity arises.

Very nice little hotel in a villa in the middle of Wittlich.The operators live in the house and are very friendly. The atmosphere is familiar and I felt very comfortable.Although the house is in the middle of the city, it is quiet and has a beautiful garden.I would love to stay here again when I'm nearby.

Spacious room with a great terrace and beautiful garden view. All clean. Bathroom could be modernized. Breakfast very decent. Host very friendly and helpful, hostess with teething problems when it comes to an appropriate greeting after a long journey. Located a little outside the center. Overall, however, a clear recommendation.

La Roseraie is a gem in the middle of Wittlich - stylishly furnished, large rooms with good beds and there is a lovingly prepared breakfast in the beautiful library or in the winter garden. My dog is also welcome here and we feel completely at home in this wonderful old villa.
