Stayed in pet friendly TLF pre-PCS. Staff was well above average. Super nice and friendly. The room was extremely adequate for a family of 4 for a 10-day stay. Max 2 pets, but you can have additional with approval on a case by case basis. They approved us and it was super helpful. Of note, it was still cool enough we didn’t need A/C. I’m glad it wasn’t July.

BEWARE: GET A STATEMENT TO STAY OFF POST!! They do not accommodate the disabled. They are away from the US flagpole and do their own thing. Airmen at the desk have the deer in the headlights look, and are annoyed if you ask questions or have to make them move to render services.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, they will make your check-in process smooth. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, especially being close to base facilities. While the amenities are basic, they served the purpose for a military lodging facility. Overall, a reliable and cost-effective option for military members and their families.

Horrible policies... for an on base hotel, they absolutely take advantage of military by charging a full days room charge as a late checkout (we are talking 3 hours late due to a flight change). Stayed two nights and they charged me four night... then told me it's no big deal, the military will pay for it. Bottom line, stay off base...

Great room layout, accomodations, and staff. Also, nice location to walk wherever you need to. Whether its the bx/commissary, shoppette, gym, or duty location. And if youre not up for that, they have a nice variety of snacks and food to buy behind the counter. The staff was very friendly, great attitude the entire two weeks i was there, and were prompt on getting things i needed for my room. Laundry room is nice and clean, always available to use, and close to my room as theres one on each floor.

It's base lodging. Four walls, a roof and a bed. My only issue with the room was the lack of hot water in the shower.My only issue afterwards was, the day I checked out I realized I left a few shirts and other clothing items there. I called and told them I would be back in the area in two days, and asked if they could hold on to my clothes and I'd pick them up. I drove an hour and a half back to the hotel and the housekeeping manager checked the lost and found, and the room itself and couldn't find them. She called the housekeeper who cleaned my room that day and he said he never saw them.Make sure you thoroughly do a walk through before you leave. Housekeepers will steal or throw out your stuff!

Easy to locate and close to necessary buildings/food. Our room was clean and stocked with kitchen items needed to stay temporarily. Service was super accommodating, helpful. Staff was professional and polite. I'd recommend for incoming families to make life a little easier when first arriving to base🙂

We stayed in TLF building 410 instead of the main TLF building since we had a dog. Our room had 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and it was a very large place with full kitchen, dining room and laundry. Good amenities for $169/night. It even had a large kennel for dogs. The room was clean. Wifi was good. You will have to use stairs no matter which floor your room is on if you’re in this building since it’s raised. Not stroller or wheelchair friendly. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was plastic underneath the sheets so it would crinkle every time we moved. The duvet was terrible as well. It’s my main complaint. There are nice parks nearby.

Wifi was good even though we were on third floor. Had microwave in fridge in room. Nice shower. Clean. We liked that the windows fully open. Love the 24 hour front desk service with snacks and other things you might need.
