A small but very friendly guesthouse. The room is clean, the shower and toilet in the hallway are also super clean. Nice operators, no breakfast, parking available, really recommended for the price. Think I'll go there again.

Highly recommend this house. Everything just fits. The hosts do a lot to make you feel comfortable. We were on the way back from Norway by motorbike and it was very lucky that we discovered Haus Lumaschi by chance. Many thanks again to the hosts.

So I'm really very excited. We booked a double room for 3 nights at €50 per night with breakfast on request. The house itself is beautifully furnished, everything is wonderfully clean and very spacious. There was also a little unexpected room service once a day. We didn't expect that at all. You come into the room and the beds are made. Very loving!There was also a garden and a TV room with coffee and cozy options.We'd love to come back!

We booked a room here for my in-laws for 4 nights based on the positive reviews.The expectations were more than met. Even the first telephone contact was consistently friendly. We were also informed that at this guesthouse the toilets and showers are on the floor hallway. This posed no problem at all.There is a large parking lot in the backyard and a garden.A covered smoking area is also provided.As soon as you enter the guesthouse you are struck by cleanliness and a pleasant smell.You go up the stairs to the rooms, where there is also the TV room and the breakfast room. Both are very homely furnished.The room is super clean, smells fresh, with a washing area for the cat's laundry. It is carpeted, has a double bed and a single bed. The mattresses are in very good condition. The window has a roller blind. You can't hear anything at night! There is a large closet and a shelf. Towels are ready. The bed is made up. The room is in top condition. Everything that can shine, shines. It is only a few steps to the showers and toilets. The wet rooms are bright and friendly, meticulously clean! Soap and other hygiene items are available in case you forget something. There is a refrigerator in the hallway for shared use. A toaster is available in the breakfast room. You can book breakfast if you wish, which is what my in-laws did. You can specify the desired time every day. There were 2 delicious rolls and coffee for everyone, as needed. Enough cold cuts and jam, butter and an egg. The price here was 52 euros per night including breakfast. This is completely okay in terms of price. The city center is within walking distance. We can recommend this cozy accommodation with a clear conscience and my in-laws plan to stay there again next year at the latest. Very good bed and breakfast!

We spent a really nice weekend there....the rooms are very comfortably furnished and the beds are great....and the peace and quiet despite the busy Burgtorstrasse was great. We slept like logs.....the breakfast It was very good with everything you need and it was also super tasty so we will definitely be back.
