However, the employee is looking for a professional interview and appointments are not kept. I then had to speak to an employee and write down my ideas on a notepad. Other people's data was lying around in public. You will receive neither a rejection nor a response. Absolutely not recommended for employees!

Booked for 5 people, obviously no room available after arrival. We found another hotel at 7:00 p.m. It can happen.Money was not refunded. Not even via booking. In my opinion this is not a hotel but a...,,,,?

The room is not for people who are afraid of spiders, they were everywhere in the room! The room was old-fashioned, there was no TV. Above us it sounded like someone was moving so loud it was and on Sunday at 7 a.m. loud piano music played for an hour so that you woke up early. The breakfast was nicely prepared. The staff at the hotel couldn't give any information about how the days were going in the hotel; they couldn't give any information about when breakfast was, when or how we got to the hotel after 10 p.m., etc.But the location was very nice on the Kellersee. The hotel and the whole concept definitely needs to be revised and completely renovated!

Booked through Booking.com for 6 people. When we arrived, we called by chance and found out that the room didn't exist. Be a mistake by Booking.com. was seen differently there. Despite a valid booking, the only "goodwill" was to offer 2 double rooms for a family of 6 for almost double the price. When it comes to “goodwill” and “service”, the hotel and Booking.com give nothing away.

So a triple 5 from Mr. Welsch is a joke - so is the price of 181 EURO.The house used to be a youth home and hardly anything has been done to it. The great location doesn't help either.I was there at the end of August 2023 - and the hotel was closed.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic and quiet location with a wonderful view over the Kellersee and a fantastic breakfast with VERY friendly service!!! You have to like the style of the 80s ;-) You can certainly find more modern houses for this price... But we would go here again in a heartbeat!!!

Upon arrival the exterior appeared a bit dated. The lady who immediately collected the price for the two nights seemed very cold and bored to us. When we entered the room it was clear why we had to pay in advance. The rooms probably had their best days in the eighties. Everything seemed outdated and dingy for the price. What the tube television with the poor picture only underlined. The bathroom was clearly old and the fittings as well as the shower head were partly defective. The breakfast was okay and the two women who were responsible for the buffet were nice and helpful. But that can't make up for the price for such a run-down house.

The hotel is clearly getting old. Old tube televisions, clogged drains, broken furniture and shower cubicles, old musty smell. |Even the location and the view of the Kellersee don't make up for that. …

Reception staff unfriendly. The room and the bathroom were unreasonable. There wasn't even a TV in the room. WiFi is available, but so weak that it is unusable. If you then take into account the price of €155 per night, you just find the whole thing outrageous. Even that can no longer save the beautiful location.
