We had a great week in this beautiful apartment. It is tastefully decorated. It is very clean. Usually, when I arrive at a rental, I already start by cleaning before emptying my suitcase. But there's no need and it's very pleasant. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It is close to all amenities. We were able to make beautiful visits and walks. The shopkeepers are very pleasant, and this is increasingly rare, especially in a tourist town. We wanted to use parking, which I recommend, because parking spaces require a fee. We thank the owners who were very understanding, pleasant, kind, very valiant, and many other superlatives. We really felt that the owners did their utmost to ensure that their guests' stay went well. When we arrived, we were greeted by the charming Betty. She is very pleasant, and is very clear in her explanations. I recommend renting this gîte.

Very pleasant place in the heart of Strasbourg, 5 minutes from the cathedral. So the possibility of coming and going, of resting between two activities, etc. Pedestrian zone so no noise pollution. Pleasant and serious welcome. Very well maintained and chicly decorated apartment. For this it was an ideal stay. THANKS.

Accommodation very well located for people who want to be close to the city center in a semi-pedestrian street with the noise of the city (people walking and talking in the street, garbage collection). I didn't need parking and I was able to do everything on foot. The tram and bus are 3 minutes from the accommodation.As for the interior of the accommodation, everything is perfect. It is spacious enough for 2 and the decor is neat. It's very clean, there is everything you need to feel at home (right down to the raclette grill, the washing machine and the toaster). The bed is comfortable, there is even an extra blanket for those who are cold.The owners are not on site but available by phone, and the person who takes care of the keys and inventory is very kind, available and accommodating.Only downside: the accommodation is a little dark but there is enough light.I recommend.

Quiet location close to the cathedral, ideal for discovering Strasbourg.Very pleasant and well appointed accommodation. Everything is available in this apartment for a good stay. Never disappointed during our stays.

We rented the apartment for 4 nights and unfortunately we had to leave at the end of the first night following noise problems in the room indeed Mylène Farmer at 3:14 in the morning it is very difficult. The room overlooks a pedestrian street with a lot of student traffic, so avoid it if you want peace and quiet. On the other hand, we had rented the possibility of parking our vehicle in a parking space. We have a very low convertible car and unfortunately when entering and exiting we rubbed the front of the vehicle and it is very damaging. To our greatest misfortune we rented during the scorching period but it was impossible to open the shutters which are in no way insulating so 27 degrees in the apartment and it was impossible to lower the temperature so we had to stay locked in this apartment with the shutters closed. We therefore made the decision to leave prematurely, meaning that instead of spending 4 nights we only spent one there. We contacted the owners informing them of our inconvenience, asking them for a commercial gesture and the big surprise out of the question of any refund. A priori they didn't care about the fact that we damaged our car, that our night was unbearable due to the noise in the pedestrian street, and that we had to leave. In short, the four nights cost us €450 and I think the owners are very happy to keep this sum without any commercial gesture so I warn you about this rental which may seem heavenly but which is not at all . . Avoid because the owners are not at all accommodating. Moreover, you may notice that there have been no reviews on the rental sites for more than 3 years.

Very nice, well-equipped apartment. Decorated with taste and attention for the well-being of the occupants. Ideally located for discovering this pretty city that is Strasbourg. This was our second stay and we were once again delighted by this rental. The owners are very pleasant. It is likely that we will return there a 3rd time. We recommend this place

You would like to have my opinion because I shared the stay with fkm so I will give it to you.Unfortunately I can only confirm his words.I am a very moderate person but I admit that our experience was more than bad.As for the parking lot, I assure you that we crossed the obstacle at more than moderate speed.On the other hand, it is true that the street is very busy and noisy at certain times. Despite the soundproof windows it was impossible not to hear the noises in the street. You even say it on one of your signs 😊On the other hand, I was surprised and a little uncomfortable about the number of signs stuck up in the apartment to give instructions. A brief and incomplete summary of the signs. How to turn on the TV, how to open a cupboard in the kitchen, how to open the blinds, how to put the shopping cart in so as not to damage the wall.... And I'll give you the list of objects in the apartment. You sent this list to us with the contract but we find it in THE RED FILE.... It goes down to the color of the cushions or the exact number of place settings. In fact, everything is done so that nothing is damaged and that's normal BUT WE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE YOU'RE AFRAID OF MAKING A MISS WHICH COULD DAMAGE YOUR "MUSEUM" So much so that there are skates to put on under the bed so as not to scratch the parquet floor 😭My friend told me of her astonishment at the VERY FEW opinions on your rental and in fact I agree.I'm not very comfortable with the internet so don't count on me to provide a denial.We are regular rental houses and in fact this is the first time that we are faced with this situation.I admit that the price we paid for 4 nights is extremely high if we take into account the fact that we only stayed there for one.You do not wish to make any gesture, it is your most absolute right. Know that in your situation I would not have acted in this way but as my late mother said, EACH HIS CONSCIENCE

The living room is cool in summer and pleasant.The kitchen is functional as well as the shower room.In the heart of Strasbourg, everything is accessible on foot or by bike.The entrance hall allows you to store bicycles.We will return there without any doubt.
