Only 10 minutes away from city center. Accessible by public transport. Nice service. Rooms quite comfortable and with all the kitchen equipment. Breakfast was good quality and in quantity.

Great location if you’ve business at the CoE or EU Parliament, clean and well equipped rooms, very friendly staff. However a bit disappointed by the breakfast buffet; I am vegan and try to eat healthy and low-carb, and there weren’t many options in that category; Some vegetables, beans, hummus etc would be a great addition :)

We stayed at the Residence Inn for one night and would choose this hotel again and again. What should be highlighted are the very spacious and modern rooms and the really good breakfast (free for everyone).

The Hotel is connected to the AC hotel which is in the same building, they both don't share the same entrance and there is no reception in the Residence inn.So after you struggle to find the entrance to the hardly signed out hotel you get into the elevator, going to the ninth floor since it says reception inside the elevator.You might notice a small sign stating about the smoking policy, but there is a slightly bigger sign both made from laminated paper.Which tells you that you can check in at your hotel. You have to check in at the other hotel with the reception located on the ground floor. There aren't more information on the paper so it turns into a little scavenger-hunt to collect all the clues to lead you to the first step of your hotel visit after finding the hotel the check-in.

I stayed there with my girlfriend for one night and we are both very satisfied.Friendly welcome, clean room and overall a top price-performance ratio.The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils, spices etc. but there are none.Finally a hotel with a sharp knife.👍🏼There is a supermarket 100m from the entrance that is also open on Sundays until 7:30 p.m.We'll definitely be back.

My experience in this residence was very pleasant despite a few problems encountered. When we arrived at reception and collected our room keys, we found small insects under the bed. The staff agreed to change rooms for us but we found other insects (this time, a little bigger) still under the bed. The staff did not want to change rooms for us a third time and so we had to choose one of the two rooms. A big thank you to the maid who kindly agreed to vacuum under the bed to remove all the nasty critters that had no place here, in a 4-star residence.Also, at night I find the fridge and air conditioning to be very noisy when they turn on in the room. The shower also sometimes starts running at night and is very noisy.Despite everything, we had a good stay in Strasbourg. This residence has many positive points: large bed, large shower, free soaps (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner), fridge with freezer, numerous cupboards, sofa, television, breakfast with a very wide choice...So, it is a very good residence (a little far from the city center of Strasbourg) that I do not recommend choosing for insect phobics. I recommend bringing earplugs to sleep peacefully at night!

The tram to the hotel is out of service, so a bus is coming closer. However, there are no buses to the station on Sundays, and it is far from the station.You can take a bus to the square in front of the old town, which is the main tourist attraction.The tram will not be available until August 31st.If you rent a car, there are places to park nearby, and the expressway exit is also conveniently located nearby.The hotel itself is very good.The rooms are comfortable and the staff are kind.Breakfast is included in the price and is quite good.I personally liked it, but the access was bad this time so I gave it 4 points.A microwave is convenient, but there is no oven!

Very nice hotel connected to the AC hotel means a shared lobby so don't be unsettled when checking in! Parking for check-in is free in front of it. No own parking garage, but parking nearby is possible for free. Good connection by bus to the city. Single ticket costs €2.50. Rooms are great. Unfortunately there are only two German channels on the TV... WiFi is fast and free. Breakfast is great. Scrambled is bad. Very expensive rooftop bar. Carrefour right next door. Coffee great. Hotel is clearly a recommendation.
