The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, you have everything at your fingertips, the rooms are good, the attention of the staff is very good, Tomas received us with excellent attention and his incredible sense of humor, he made us feel at home, I HIGHLY recommend it,

Best location. Everything within walking distance. Nice staff. The room is functional. Cleanliness is ok. Point deduction for the bathroom: The toilet is hardly usable because it is mounted flush to the wall (see photo). And mold in the shower.

The young lady at reception upgraded me to a first floor room to save me tackling too many stairs.Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed room. Small modern en suite.Breakfast is basic but value for money considering the location.You can't fault the hotel's location. Sited between the river and the Cathedral surrounded by museums and restaurants.

Hotel very well located in the center you can do everything on foot in the rooms carpet to remove not hygienic window not clean some small downside in terms of cleanliness but overall it is good the welcome is perfect the breakfast a little expensive

Nice hotel in a nice location, but be careful!My cash was stolen from my wallet in the hotel room. I had deliberately not hung the card (requesting new towels and bed linen) on the door. Still, they came into the room and went through my things. That really sucks!

The location was beautiful, close to the city center, and you can walk around it. The room was nice and simple, but the only drawback was the elevator, so be careful if your bags are large.

Second stay at the Hôtel des Arts for 2024 in July. A hotel in the image of the Alsatian capital: discreet and just waiting to be discovered by those who will truly appreciate its charm. A real pleasure to stay both in the immediate vicinity of the Cathedral and at the same time far from the big crowds. With my best memories of Strasbourg!

This hotel benefits from an ideal location right in the center which allows access to the main points of the city very easily. No noise from the room which was perfect and very sunny. The staff is very accommodating and very available.I highly recommend!

The room was clean and quiet, and the city view was beautiful. Above all, the location was so good that it was easy to walk to tourist attractions. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The twin bed room has a Korean-style bathroom. It's good value for money.

Had an extremely pleasant stay with my sister. Friendly, helpful service staff. Central location, everything within walking distance. Clean room, good mattress and a newly renovated bathroom. Very good value for money! We'd love to come back.
