Good day,The holiday apartment is in a somewhat quieter location and a bit out of the center of Aschau, but is still ideal for various activities.It's a full 4 kilometers to Lake Chiemsee, 2 kilometers to Kampenwand, 4 kilometers to the A8 motorway.The Alpine road towards Reit im Winkel is about 20 kilometers away, Ruhpolding, Grassau, Bernau are all nearby.A super nice landlady who lives in the house, who is always helpful and suggests very good tips for excursions..!!We felt really comfortable there.Highly recommended..!!Mbg

Beautiful farm with holiday apartments with a lift/elevator in the stairwell. We rented a double room here for a few days, everything is very clean, tidy and well maintained. Ms. Klampfleitner is very nice. Our room had a table with two chairs, a bed and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There were towels for us in the bathroom. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the hallway in front of the room door. In the dresser/sideboard we found glasses, plates, cutlery, breakfast boards and small bowls and knives. You can use a washing machine for €2.50 per wash cycle, and there was also a small clothes horse. The location of the apartment was ideal for us, close to the Aschau orthopedic children's clinic. The Aschau train station and the town center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. An Edeka is also not far away. From the house you have a wonderful view of the Kampenwand, Bernau is about 4-5km away, and by car you can reach Prien am Chiemsee in about 15 minutes. There is also a bus that stops very close to the guesthouse. About 1.5km away from the guesthouse you can reach Café Pauli, which is a nice café/restaurant/beer garden almost like an alpine pasture.

Live here for a short time and are very satisfied. Beautiful apartment and everything you need is there. Would love to live here again and can only make one recommendationUnfortunately we are going back home. It was very nice here.q

Impeccably modern, restored guesthouse in terms of facilities. Even with an elevator, so it is also suitable for disabled people. Nice hosts, but still a bit too expensive🤗
