Agreements and agreements were not kept. Without a car you are helpless on site. More than bad bus connections. Bad public transport. Partly unfriendly hostess. Unavailable by phone upon arrival. The room was clean. The breakfast was a joke. No call taxi available. If so, then you pay up to €14 for less than 2 km. I can't recommend it any further. That wasn't a recovery.

Inexpensive accommodation. Such bed and breakfasts are becoming increasingly rare. The price-performance ratio is okay. Our room was clean.The breakfast buffet is okay, but of course not comparable to a star hotel. The landlady was nice and friendly.Parking spaces directly at the house, beautifully maintained garden.The Kampenwand railway is right next door. Hohenaschau Castle is also easily accessible on foot.

As always, everything was super clean and very friendly. We have been coming back for many years! Reservations are possible without any complications and spontaneously.We have never been disappointed.

Had a really nice weekend at Pension Stockinger. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very rich. Very nice dealings with the hostess. We'd love to come back!

There are some blatantly false and outrageous reviews circulating here. Ms. Stockinger is neither unfriendly nor are the rooms or the bed linen smelly. I suspect that some "guests" with a completely unrealistic self-image tried to make a name for themselves in this way.

Advantage:Location is great. Bicycles can be locked up. Cleanliness was also okay. Parking is possible in front of the house.Disadvantage:Unfriendly. Incomprehensible, no compliance with the general hygiene rules (regarding Covid-19 requirements, etc.) There is not much of a selection at breakfast, high cancellation fee**Due to the Corona outbreak (COVID-19 outbreak) in Aschau/Rosenheim district, we left earlier. This was apparently met with incomprehension by the staff. We had to pay double the price for the nights, which was disguised as a cancellation fee. We also had to listen to staff saying that we shouldn't behave like that because of Covid-19. When we left we were wished for "continued great weather on vacation" (weather conditions at the time: rain, wind 90-110km/h, 13° ambient temperature) ****Travel date end of August 2020, Rosenheim district is at this point the worst affected district in Bavaria with regards to COVID19.

..Room No. 5 on the 2nd floor with a round balcony, enough space, sofa with table and armchair, large bathroom with large window, very clean, breakfast sufficient and tasty, storage room for bicycles can be locked. Guest fridge on the ground floor, WiFi sometimes a bit weak, hostess sometimes a bit short.

I can only warn! One star is already too much!Despite a confirmed reservation by email, Ms. Stockinger no longer knew about this reservation two days before arrival! And I was left without a place to stay overnight for my vacation at short notice because they couldn't offer me a room until three days later!!!!Reliable is really something else!

Didn't get the holiday apartment on New Year's Eve despite written email confirmation. In the double room offered as an alternative, the bathroom does not have a radiator. Oh well. Warmth/friendliness..............
