We went here for dinner as part of a birthday party. Reservation and placement went well. The service at the table was top, even though the restaurant was full. Drinks and food were delicious and very plentiful. The prices are really moderate.

Delicious food at a fair price. The spaetzle for children was a huge portion - so the parents also had another side dish. The schnitzel was great and the dumpling trilogy also tasted very good. The service was friendly and quick. Card payment was no problem.

Cordon bleu is an excellent meal with fries. On schnitzel day for €12.50. Service was very attentive, not intrusive, just NICE. Successful evening even if I didn't understand all the guests.

When I see the pictures, it seems we were there at the wrong time. The service was strange - we wanted to eat outside in the covered area. The tables there had ashtrays and the chairs had seat cushions. The waitress said it was too cold for her. The food was only lukewarm and the steak was just sinew and fat!In any case, we cannot recommend it more!

We ate at Gasthof Kampenwand twice in a row.The first evening was perfect, the waitresses were friendly, quick and competent, and the food was delicious. On the second evening it wasn't quite as perfect, despite reservations we were seated right next to the corridor door to the toilets and the beer garden or the rooms and the chef was probably a little in love. There was clearly too much salt in the soup and one of the dishes. The other food was again perfect, our service staff was quick and friendly. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back because the positives clearly outweigh the negatives.
