Communication with the owner or with the operator, zero. Upon arrival, the toilet broke, man, it can happen, but we didn't complain to anyone, no one responded to our messages, and the next day when we arrived in the evening, the toilet was put on a sign not to be used, so there was a toilet for the whole pension, which was about 7 rooms just one. We were only there for 2 nights. Only the water supply to the toilet broke and no one was able to fix it. 🤷

Was there with the camper and rented a parking space for 2 days, everything you need, electricity, water and showers, toilet, small kitchen in the house was great..

Nice place with ups and downs: great views on the Alps and the countryside, shared bathrooms and kitchens…but noise from the highway and kitchen not clean.

Nice place to stay overnight in a quiet place. The view of the mountains while having breakfast on the terrace is wonderful. I was able to choose the mountain for the tandem jump. If you wish you can have breakfast. Coffee has already been made - I just couldn't find the orange juice. Contact is only online - there is no reception. A message will arrive promptly via messenger with the access code and room number. Otherwise, just call to confirm your booking.

What a great place to enjoy your vacation, everything was perfect including clean rooms, a big combined washroom, and most importantly the view from the room is worth everything.One of the best thing was the kitchen which can be used for cooking 🔪....had a great time, will visit it again as it feels like a home 🏠

After making a reservation with Booking, which clearly stated that I could arrive at 4:00 p.m. for check-in, I waited for an hour until the people there again stated that they couldn't find my reservation, even though they already existed and were paid for in advance. Unique event in the last 7 years of travel.I had to choose another hotel and the money was later refunded to me via Booking. A strange incomprehensible situation. I definitely don't recommend it!If you are lucky, I can tell you that the view is very beautiful! Best regards

Great view with mountain panorama at breakfast. Beautiful upscale bathroom with tub in the hallway. Everything very clean and quiet. Very nice staff and a large fitted kitchen for self-service if you want to cook or bake something for yourself. Free coffee and tea from the house. Inexpensive and close to Chiemsee Prien, about 5 minutes by car. Good transport connection (approx. 8 minutes) to the A8. I'd love to come back!

The last time I lived in a room without a toilet or bathroom was in the 1970s. This is fine in an alpine hut, but not in a normal guesthouse. We were not informed of this and to ask for 100 euros without breakfast and a bill is an impudence. It's no use if the rooms are renovated and newly furnished.

Very nice, above all very well maintained and clean small hotel on Lake Chiemsee. The owners and employees are very friendly and helpful.Will become one of our permanent destinations on our journey south!Recommended!!!!

The beautiful and wonderfully located house has sufficiently well-equipped bathrooms that are shared by the guests. Turns out that shouldn't be the slightest problem. A very large lounge and a well-equipped kitchen can be used by guests - coffee, tea, etc. are available. For breakfast, the guesthouse operator brings fresh rolls, pretzels and croissants and everything your heart desires. We will certainly remember the pleasant personal atmosphere created by the extremely friendly and helpful owner of the house for a long time.

Very quiet, large rooms, very clean, comfortable beds and great shower. While in transit we were able to easily get into the room after 10 p.m. In the kitchen there is coffee and tea and dishes.

Hello Robert!Here is the promised review:;)Super pleasant, quiet accommodation!Everything is practical and lovingly furnished!With a sense for your own creations and still rustic!The kitchen in particular is well equipped and everything has been thought of! I didn't miss anything and, on the contrary, was surprised by the abundance of food provided (spices, tea, coffee, milk and honey and much more) and the cleanliness.The best thing after the hail was the hot bathtub with gold fittings!!!We'd be happy to do it again and then we'll make a web film (for the website/social media) for the beautiful house and an eco-cleaning product production seminar!Or?In return, Levi and I can spend a week there for free, right!!! Winter???Thank you for everythingKind regards from Berlin and Stuttgart
