FROM THE HOUSE FLICKA FINGWEG!!! Unfriendly demeanor on the phone combined with outrageous statements. The landlord is absolutely inflexible and in no way problem-solving oriented. We booked an adult and a child, discovered on the booking confirmation that there was an error and that two children were actually supposed to be booked. The landlord was informed of this and that was ok. The cost of the overnight stay was based on the room. Since my husband was able to come with me at short notice, on the day of arrival, we contacted the landlord during the 700km journey. And now they no longer wanted to give us the room for 2 nights! We were pointed to a 15sqm room which was too small for 4 people. A normal hotel room isn't much bigger. However, we have made it clear several times that this is not a problem. We were accused of fraudulent intent. However, the money for the rent has already been paid days in advance. No one responds to emails to arrange a partial refund.Summary: There are also landlords there who are friendly and rent nicer apartments for much, much less. Definitely stay away from Haus Flicka!!!!!
