The hotel is located a bit away from the center, about half an hour on foot. The hotel itself is very old, the room was very spacious and also quite dirty, it wasn't cleaned during the 3 nights stay. Breakfast was okay, the staff at the buffet tried very hard, which cannot be said about the reception. The 4 stars must probably have historical origins. Been there, was OK, but again not.

The hotel must have been good...but it is no longer, windows that no longer close, hood that does not work...we are moved to another room... and again, window closes with difficulty, and thermostat of the towel dryer …

I booked a deluxe studio and it perfectly met expectations: kitchen, terrace and bathtub. No noise during the night. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. Friendly and efficient staff.

I am the witness of degradation of this hotel during last 2 years. Air conditioning is not working properly so you cannot breathe, old furniture, no knives, forks, spoons…. No slippers and bathrobes… This is not even 3 start service any more

Hotel in poor condition, not at all up to the standard advertised.We first went to a first room where the bay window did not work.Then we were moved to a room where the heating did not work.The tiles were broken in the bathroom, the shower head did not hold, numerous impacts on the walls.In short, very expensive for the catastrophic state of the roomsOn the other hand, I would like to congratulate the receptionist who did everything to find solutions for us and the room staff for the cleanliness of the place.

Rooms were great, bus stops nearby, but still 20 to 25 minutes to the center, apart from a restaurant, nothing else in the immediate area. The bar was also closed two out of three evenings. The breakfast was ok, the breakfast room was very small, a few tables were still in the foyer, but hardly lit.

1st experience in this hotel. We were on the 1st floor and had a good stay. Clean room, bathroom, bedding, largely adequate breakfast. Maybe a little smell due to the old carpet. Good value for money. Yes I recommend this address. Sincerely.

The forest that appeared in the EU parliament is excellent. I highly recommend it to travelers who are within a 30-minute walk of the center with its quiet and peaceful side streets. He's very daring with his breakfast.

Bad discovery, we stayed for two nights in this hotel and we didn't like it for several things. Firstly there was absolutely no air conditioning. In the room we were given, the bathroom sink was clogged, the floor tiles were broken in several places where we had to walk, the mattress came from another planet, it was so deformed that it made us feel go against the edge of the bed, unacceptable! Ventilation that circulates air. In addition, the breakfast was really pitiful with scrambled eggs that looked like they came out of the trash, and a non-existent choice of bread. In addition, it is impossible to park around the hotel for less than €35 for 5 hours! And the hotel has no parking space, you have to park anywhere in town. Truly a hotel to AVOID!!!

When I asked, the lady at reception told me twice that I could park in front of the hotel where I had parked and that I would not be towed. I had seen the tow sign there. The next morning I go out and my car was gone. I now spoke to the employee at the reception and described the conversation with his colleague yesterday and asked him whether it was possible to park there. He also said yes you can park there until this morning. Then I asked him why my car was gone. I then spent 3 hours in the city getting a form from the police, returning my car to the towing company for €134, and missing an important meeting. The manager of the hotel would contact me about the costs I incurred. Nobody reported. I can confirm that many things in the room were broken or damaged and/or dirty.

Good property 20 minutes walk from the historic center, opposite the park and close to the European Parliament. Spacious rooms with terrace and kitchenette. It's a shame that, despite the request, they didn't change our towels between one day and the next

Stayed for 2 nights to visit Strasbourg. First of all some way out of centre. A good 15 minute walk to tram stop for one into centre. Hotel classes itself as 4 star. Not so sure. …

The hotel is not close to the center of Strasbourg, to get there you need a car or you have to take the bus.The rooms are comfortable and spacious although a little dark, as are the corridors... red carpet and dark walls give a sense of old. Good buffet breakfast, there is a choice between sweet and savory.Considering that it is a 4 star hotel in a European capital, it would be a good service to offer TV channels in other languages too, not just French and German (as well as a couple of channels in Russian).Note on the shower, if the column were a little more central it would be more comfortable.Friendly staff available to provide all information.

On the way back home we spent the night here with our family. A lovely hotel with a spacious large apartment room. It was very clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The breakfast areas were a bit small and warm. Parking was easy in front of the door. There was also room to take a nice walk in the beautiful park opposite the hotel. There is a nice restaurant next to the hotel where we had a delicious meal. Perfect place for a stopover!

Staff is great! Rooms are clean, but also clearly worn. Breakfast buffet is quite simple, but good. A tram stop is around 1km away. Just down the street. With a three-day ticket, the car was parked in front of the hotel for three days free of charge. Everything is easily reached by tram and on foot.
