Facilities are getting old, services and food are great. The price for the room is not justified.

An older country inn with a lot of charm. Small menu, very good value for money and delicious food. Very friendly staff. Our dog was allowed to accompany us to the table.

For me a view is worth everything and hence i recommend this places. located on top of a small hill, you can enjoy a nice view of a stream with a nice coffee and appreciate your weekend. that is this hotel about. Room was big and clean. The design was a bit old school. but ample parking so all good.the only downside was the excessive smell of smoke from the corridors. apparently the hotel is a favorite among some hunters. the manager is a nice lady who doubles as a bartender.

The buffet was very varied and visually appealing. The room was beautifully decorated and the Christmas tree was an eye-catcher.

I can only recommend everyone to switch to another hotel in the area if possible. The location itself is pretty shabby, the building structure is dilapidated, and some of the furnishings are in need of renovation. In general, one has the impression that the building was last renovated and equipped when Willy Brandt was still chancellor. The furnishings are from the 70s and therefore worn out. The most negative thing, however, is the pungent nicotine or cigarette smell that permeates almost the entire building. The rooms are clean but also extremely rocky, the 70s say hello here too. The breakfast room is unfortunately another negative example. You can choose here whether you want to “enjoy” your sandwich with dust and dirt from the windowsill or together with a spider. The selection is okay, but you shouldn't expect anything unusual here. Not really suitable for vegetarians or vegans either. I have already visited the country inn on various celebratory occasions and the overall negative impression was only confirmed after my overnight stay there. I don't even want to start with the rock cellar. But if you feel like drinking your draft beer with a nice smell of sewage during celebrations, why not?My only theory is that the store only survives because of a lack of alternatives. If a lovingly run, clean and reasonably modern hotel were to open nearby, the thing would go bankrupt within a few years. In relation to the prices (€80-90 per night with breakfast), what is offered is really a disgrace.

I've been here for a motorcycle weekend. Nice guys. Breakfast simple but sufficient. The schnitzel in the evening too. Beer on tap and indoor smoking. Shabby, tired, not everything is clean and fresh. The photos are better than reality. Not expensive. If the bar is high, don't go. If you want to eat, drink, sleep and have breakfast without any nonsense, that's fine. The dog doesn't look good, but it doesn't do anything either. It does have its charm.
