Looks closed at the moment. That's why you can't really say anything about it.

We booked a room online from September 16th to September 17th. booked. Was confirmed and paid. Late in the evening before departure the information came that the booking was for September 19th. on September 20th relocated. Just like that, without explanation, cover letter or apology. Absolutely dubious behavior, you cannot rely on this hotel, you should refrain from booking.

Rooms are not cleaned! When we arrived there were cigarette butts on the crumbling terrace.Only an unfinished roll of toilet paper in the room.Breakfast €9 even though the hotel advertises it as free! CRT TVs round everything off. When we arrived we were asked whether we wanted to pay straight away or later... we said so when we left, got to the hotel on the second evening at 9 p.m., suddenly the owner knocked on the door and asked if we had enough cash to pay. .Outrageous! Never again. No EC payment possible!A bit of apocalyptic atmosphere when entering the area

PER:-quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelpark Gondorf.Cons:-NO TV in the 3* HOTEL-Morning wake-up service by Eurofighter from the Spangdalem base-Dirty rooms-scary atmosphere: end-time scenario on the hotel grounds: similar to Chernobyl - Pripyat; Nature is reclaiming buildings. (Outdoor facilities such as tennis and football pitch)-Wellness/swimming pool/sauna are all out of service even though it is advertised outside.- deceitful management staffI spent four nights there as an assembly worker. Luckily, I was able to check into my great new accommodation after the fourth night and not spend another night in this strange hotel.First impression at check-in. Friendly Ukrainian who doesn't speak German. Well, okay, he can speak English, obviously better than him.We were shown our rooms. A 3-star hotel without TV, without telephone (but 4 telephone sockets in the walls).Small mini bar fridge. The great thing about the fridge is that it still had the guest's rotten feta cheese in it. On the way to the bathroom the next disillusionment; Only one towel per guest and an empty toilet paper roll in the roll dispenser on the wall. The condition of the rooms and the cleanliness was ok. Floor could be a little cleaner. Cleaning the balcony would also be great. When I turned on the light, I met numerous former guests in the lamp in the form of flies, mosquitoes, moths and the like. Does it have to be that way?But now to the really negative aspect of the accommodation:The staff in the form of the management and his wife. At first they were very friendly and helpful - we were told: "Make yourself at home and make yourself coffee and tea and we can also use the kitchen. Which we did. The next day we were told that the kitchen would be locked again because we were supposedly in some storage rooms and the boss saw it on camera. The recordings were not shown upon request. We were asked that his wife would cook for us for a fee.We realized that he realized that he couldn't make any money if we catered for ourselves. Excuses were made like: The health department will close the shop if we enter the kitchen, etc.Very disappointing and not recommended.

It's not possible... Coming back to Germany after 14 days on the road in England. When I check in I am asked if I don't speak English. Yes, but I thought I was in Germany? Not bad, I had 14 days to practice. So I speak English in my German-speaking country. But the staff still doesn't understand me... In addition to English and German, I can also speak Italian and a little French, but -- sorry, my knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is not sufficient. Then, the room. No towels, no toilet paper, curtains hanging at "thirty-thirty", slid COMPLETELY down the next morning. Ordered toilet paper and towels, it was quick, but the question of HOW MANY TOWELS irritated me. 2 people makes at least 2 large and 2 small towels, plus an area rug. Then you have to turn on the water to flush the toilet yourself (after using the toilet, great!!) No TV (well, we didn't need it, but still...) nobody knows the password for the free WiFi. " Verification failed. Guess there is no WiFi, as well as toilet paper and TV and beer garden... After dinner, breakfast, the spa shown, we didn't ask anymore... Instead of caring, THEN is probably the only thing sitting German-speaking staff at the Chinese restaurant, to which we had to walk 2.5 km. Very strange. The assurances that they had opened first didn't really appease me, then don't open until you're prepared!!! Offer 100 € (already minus discount via booking) Rip-off, rather stay somewhere else!!! I wiped away spiders and cobwebs on the outside of the window, I am observed by the staff, then the question is "should we clean somewhere else? "YES... But please BEFORE!There is a difference between "HAVING a hotel" and "RUNNING a hotel", it cannot be the case that there is some "staff" (that you don't recognize as such!!) "loitering" in the corners in all possible and impossible places actually dark rooms sneak into the also dark reception!! SPOOKY, VERY SPOOKY 😱

No German was spoken at the reception. We came back from a 14-day tour of England via France and Belgium, so we were able to understand each other better. The TV was missing in the room 📺, the towels and toilet paper were missing in the bathroom. Toilet flushing was also stopped. Curtains weren't fastened properly either. We didn't see anything after the swimming pool and we didn't eat anything there either. The room was overpriced at €116. Welcome to the service desert of Germany. I recommend that the staff attend a German hotel management school. Luckily someone who spoke our language came and at least the errors in the bathroom were fixed.

Worst hotel I can remember in Europe.| · The room was just about ok but basic, lacked WiFi, telephone, tea making facilities. Breakfast was ok.|| I did not like the staff, the reception, having to pay on arrival before seeing the room. …
