My daughter was there with her class at the beginning of July 2024.The hostel is beautifully located and offers a great view. It has a beautiful, large garden with a soccer field, a beautiful barbecue hut and a volleyball field. The hostel father and the staff were very nice and friendly to the children. The food was very tasty. The rooms were clean and functionally furnished with comfortable beds. The class was able to do various great activities nearby e.g. B. Abseiling down a rock face.Overall, we can highly recommend the hostel.

Two weeks ago we stayed in this beautifully located hostel for 4 days with 120 fifth graders. The owner and his wife are very warm and patient and run the youth hostel with a lot of heart. They were always available and always friendly and accommodating. The outdoor area with a football field, volleyball field, barbecue area, etc. is very well maintained and leaves nothing to be desired for students. The food was always very tasty and plentiful, of course all wishes were taken into account and everything was always freshly prepared. The hostel was also a great starting point for hikes. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Last week we were with our class in the Südeifel guest house, it was so nice, whether it was the room, the outdoor area, or the food, everything was just perfect, we were super satisfied. The stay was really nice. In addition, the managers and the employees were very nice, you could always ask them anything (also at night)

We spent three very nice days in the youth hostel last week. The owner of the youth hostel was always friendly, courteous and helpful. No matter what questions or concerns we or our students had, he was always patient and always had an open ear for us.The outdoor area of the youth hostel is really well designed. It offers plenty of space to relax and play, and is the perfect place to enjoy nature. The location is also an ideal starting point for hikes.Thank you for the wonderful time.

I was there with my class for 3 days, we arrived in the room and it was already dirty and it smelled so bad that you almost couldn't breathe anymore. Then we had to change rooms because it was raining in the other one. In fact, it was still there after that There was a plague in one room, the windows didn't close so it was freezing cold and the children went to the beds to catch a cold. We had bed bugs and had several insects in the room. The shower didn't get warm with the food. On day one we got a packed lunch that came with a stone-hatted roll and there was soup that tasted disgusting and spaghetti that was too salty. After that, everyone in the class felt sick. I didn't eat anything for 3 days. I can't recommend it!

(Netherlands)We were here at school and we were in the avond, but we always had fringes for children in the Krijsen. The chambers leken heel erg op gevangenissen. He bleken in de kamers ook marters te zitten zei die eigenaar op de laatste dag tegen ons in het angels (tegen onze docenten sprak hij duits en zei hij dat hij geen engels kon). It was really the best thing in the world, we really enjoyed it. The rooms were still there, we had already made them and had already left them. The problem was the best in what he wanted. He had lots of insects in the rooms and in the summer beds. GA HERE NIET HEEN!!!!!(German)We were here with school, we arrived in the evening and all the French children were screaming. The rooms closely resembled prisons. It turned out that there were martens in the rooms too, the owner told us in English on the last day (he spoke German with our teachers and said he didn't know English). The breakfast was really quite disgusting, luckily we didn't eat there that evening, it really smelled in the breakfast room. The rooms were dirty, we cleaned them with cleaning wipes. When we left, the owner also said that the room was cleaner than when we arrived. The forest was pretty scary in the dark because there were lights there but they didn't work. There were an incredible number of insects in the rooms and some even had bed bugs. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!
