The campsite was completely rebuilt after flooding. Very nicely located right on the river. The sanitary facilities are clean and modern. The site also offers glamping tents. From there you can go on various hikes. We ran the Teufels 8. Simply breathtaking nature.

We were here in October. The pizzeria on site is delicious and good value for money. The course is partly gravel, the pitches are large. There are camping tents, a playground, a small river and many attractions for kids nearby. The sanitary facilities are in good condition and are cleaned regularly, but - and I can't blame the operator - some campers always manage to leave an absolute mess behind immediately after the cleaning crew. Some campers are simply inconsiderate here. As a motorhome camper, I don't care. Have everything on board. The place is highly recommended. Nice contact.

Super nice, small campsite, located directly on the rushing river. Except for the construction site (here the space seems to be expanded) at the end of the space it is very well maintained and above all: very flat!Unfortunately, the grass pitches are quite muddy in rainy weather, as is the case at almost every campsite. Further back on the site there are parking spaces for the caravan, which are paved with gravel. Such parking spaces are also available specifically for mobile homes. High-rise safari tents can also be booked here.Small drawback: there is only one sanitary building, each with 2 showers and 2 toilets. Other showers and toilets are in the same building, but are currently closed (off season?!)The pizzeria on the square is absolutely recommended! It's best to reserve a table, as it's probably not just campers who eat there...From the site you can reach beautiful hiking trails in no time. A bakery and grocery stores are also within walking distance. There is a small playground for younger children, but we haven't found anything for teenagers or something to do on rainy days yet.The staff is super nice and helpful!

Had great days at this campsite. We do not have a caravan or camper, so we rented a furnished tent. We really liked this. Everything you need is available, such as a refrigerator, stove, private toilet and even a pellet stove that came in handy during the cold nights. The owner and his wife are very friendly and are ready to help you at any time. Beautiful and quiet area where you can enjoy walking, cycling or fishing. We will definitely go back again.

We used this campsite as an overnight campsite. We were kindly received. We were 2 adults and a 6 month old baby. The toilet building was very neat and they have a very nice baby room where you can shower or give your child a bath. We have not often seen something like this at campsites, which was very pleasant. We will definitely remember this campsite and come back again and again

Excellent campsite with modern sanitary facilities etc, nothing to complain about 👍What I do have to comment on is that it is so very muddy, even if you have a groundsheet, it is and remains dirty, I would advise the owner or owners to lay artificial grass on those bare spots, which have already seen it at various other campsites. It remains neat and clean and no more muddy shoes, which also makes your car and your caravan/camper dirty.Would really be recommended. Then the middle area, at first we wanted to stand there, but we quickly saw that the people standing next to us had placed their caravan over the line, which means that we also have to move, but you also have to lose your car. and since we both have difficulty walking, we like to have the car next to or near the caravan. The lady didn't want to move, so she moved to the other side, which costs €5 more per day, but okay, a nice river flows there, but we are not fishermen😎 and that was only because of a caravan owner who simply licked the land, causing the other guests basically had to move up...What is also an annoying thing is the entrance and exit, which is a confusing path/road with a bend in it, so you can never see whether an oncoming car is coming, which could be caught by a simple traffic light!👍

A super nice, quiet campsite. The operator is just great, very nice and helpful. The sanitary facilities are clean as is the entire place. If you want to switch off, this is the right place. We'll definitely be back next year. With best regards, Erkens family
