Top price/performance ratio. Nice rooms and spacious shared kitchen.

We booked the “family apartment”. Service on site was nothing. We actually wanted (as discussed on the phone) to have a double bed, which we were promised was not available. Put both beds together. The kitchen was okay and we were happy to be there alone. Otherwise we would have had to share it. Shops are within walking distance. In the near future, we'll rather check into a hotel, which is cheaper. Sorry for the review but it's justified.

Great room and top kitchen

We only stayed one night, but our overnight stay requirements were fully met. The room was clean and bright, the parking lot was small, yes, but we were the only ones with a car.

Clean guesthouse with shared kitchen, outdoor terrace. In the middle of town but quiet towards the courtyard.

We were guests in this guesthouse not long ago and are extremely disappointed...Nevertheless, we would like to start with the positive...1. The contact with the owner was very, very friendly and you received answers very quickly before booking and she was very willing to compromise!!2. What has little to do with the guesthouse but is worth mentioning is that there are train and bus connections almost right on the doorstep, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and there is also a lot of dining on offer! So the location is really perfect!Regarding the negative, which should also be seen as a suggestion and not just as criticism, is:1. No / too few parking spaces for cars... When you asked where you should park your car because there are few spaces available, the answer was "first come, first served"2. WLAN is advertised, but it is virtually unusable because there is no reception (not in the slightest!!)3. There are flyers regarding catering facilities etc. but these are all for the bin as most of them have been closed for some time.4. There is NO closet in the room (at least in our room) to store your clothes.5. There are absolutely no pictures on the walls or decorations etc. to make it more homely6. Daily unfounded checks of the room are carried out... When I asked why, they said that they wanted to ventilate... And that even though they had left the windows open?! So absolute checks for no reason DAILY!!!If the ashtray had been emptied at least once, which was pointed out beforehand, if necessary the towels had to be changed or the trash can in the room had been emptied, it would have been understandable, but this was not the case.7. In the existing communal kitchen (for 3 parties) the rubbish was not emptied once from arrival to departure, so that mountains were basically collected on it...I don't want to start talking about the smells from the residual waste... 🤢These were definitely not all the points that could be criticized, but I think these points are enough.Certainly sufficient as a pension for assembly workers if they only want to spend 1 or 2 days there.But for holidaymakers who want to spend several days / weeks there, it is ABSOLUTELY unsatisfactory.We discussed it afterwards and were ABSOLUTELY disappointed and will definitely NEVER visit this guesthouse AGAIN...So sorry we are.

New modern guesthouse with clean rooms with balconies, nice kitchen and garden as well as terrace in a central location. The prices are reasonable. We recommend!

We are very happy to have booked our overnight stay here. It is very well located, the accommodation is very nice, clean and the welcome is warm. You immediately feel welcome. If necessary, we will definitely book here again and would be happy to recommend it to others.
