I had dinner there at the weekend.Quite an enrichment for the local area, the food was very tasty, the atmosphere was very cozy and decorative and the friendliness of the owner and his sons was very warm.The buffet leaves nothing to be desired and is more than sufficient.A clear recommendation from me!

Were invited here and were more than positively surprised.Great service, even the littlest guests are provided with toys!The food was excellent, a huge buffet with starters and desserts where nothing was missing. The main courses are seasonal and are very tasty.The furnishings are very cozy, we felt comfortable and suitable for every occasion. No matter whether it's a birthday or a company party.Can highly recommend a visit here!

Friends invited us to the Old Rectory and we were thrilled. Today on Sunday there was the well-known buffet of starters, main courses and desserts. Colorful, imaginative, delicious, beautifully presented. Plus a crémant as an aperitif, well-chilled house wine in the cooler, friendly and quick service. At an attractive Eifel price. If you are in the area: go, but make a reservation in advance, it is regularly fully booked.

Between Devil's Gorge and Angel's Food:Starting with the chef's passionate and authentically loving way of describing the menu, we were enchanted by the hotel's chic, ancient ambience and, above all, by the angelic food. If you wanted a last night's meal, it wouldn't be much better than this.When we arrived from the Teufelsschlucht completely exhausted, we were treated to a unique culinary experience, to regional, seasonal, original and sensational cuisine that seemed to come straight from heaven, probably ordered by the priest himself.

We stayed here for a few days. It is very quiet, there is nothing in the village outside this hotel, but everything is close by by car. There is ample parking in the village, a few places at the hotel itself. Room was tidy, friendly service. It takes a bit of searching when you arrive, but the reception is actually in the restaurant. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. You can also eat there in the evening, but we did not do this, it is best to book in advance. We used this hotel as a base to go hiking in the Mullerthal and explore the region. Also ideal if you are passing through to stay for 1 night. Very quiet, no noise during the night. There is free WiFi in the hotel that works well.

My husband and I ate there for the first time today. It was recommended to us by neighbors and we can only report positive things.The service was great, the boss was simply great.The food was to die for. Prepared with so much love.Thank you for the lovely evening we had with you.

As a welcome there is a small platter of fruit and Dutch sweets. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The beer garden is very cozy.And then dinner:The restored vaulted cellar lets the surprised guest marvel at every corner; there is something to discover everywhere.The Dutch chef personally comes to each table and explains what his team has prepared for the main course that evening: usually three to four dishes, meat, fish, something for every taste. And then the appetizer buffet, a fireworks display of culinary ideas and delicacies.Breakfast the next morning is also overwhelming. The prices are absolutely acceptable. The menu costs around 40 euros 7/24.We were here for the 4th time now and will continue to come here. The rectory is no longer an insider tip and is known far beyond Auw's borders. Definitely recommended for gourmets.

Incredible buffet and something for everyone.The beer garden is beautifully decorated and thanks to the quiet location around the house, you can eat there comfortably.The rooms are well-equipped and relatively large and if something is missing, the helpful staff are immediately there to help.
