We were here as a family on October 24th and left again very quickly. We originally booked 3 nights through Booking.com and left early after the first night (which was a disaster) and looked for an alternative in town. The whole house is completely shabby, our room was big but everything was extremely old. Sorry, nothing against the charm of the Bavarian houses but nothing was renovated here from the 70s and 80s onwards. The beds were an absolute disaster. Mine collapsed during the night. OH GOD.....the mattresses were completely worn out and the smell of the bed linen and towels was unbearable. We left immediately the next morning and had to look for an alternative. We couldn't have stayed here another night. If there were negative points to be awarded, for me minus 2...

A wonderful locationThis guesthouse is located near all the tourist attractions in the area.The guesthouse is in Bavarian style, very chic, the room was big, clean and with a wonderful viewI also had breakfast included, which was ok, as was the coffee.We were received with "our four-legged child" at a cost of 5 euros/dayThere is parking, internet signal is only on the ground floorPayment is made in cash onlyWe will return with great pleasureWe thank the host Mrs. Elena Dragan for hosting

We had a fantastic experience staying at this pension. It offers convenient access to the city, with a bus running every 15 minutes(about 5 minutes walk to the bus station). The owner, Mrs. Dragan, was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with great attention to details. They offer a simple breakfast but very tasty and delicious. We will come back again :)

What a wonderful hidden gem. You are immediately greeted by the cutiest of doggy named "Cleo" A family owned (cash payment only mind you) cute little spot near Birchesgaden.When we stayed here, we had to keep the porch doors open as there is no AC in units, our neighbors would smoke all day and night making it difficult to enjoy the mountain air.Breakfast was top notch and wonderful.

Very nice service, good breakfast, clean room with a balcony with a beautiful view.A big plus is the possibility of staying with a dog for only €5 per day. Close to the lake on foot. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice hostess. Breakfast tasty and sufficient. Room is a bit old, bed squeaks with the slightest movement, so we had rather restless nights.Dog costs €10 per night and is not free as previously stated by email.
