Nice accommodation. Everything was fine. The family lives in the same house, which is of course not a bad thing, but it is sometimes louder. I found it a bit annoying in the morning.When showering there are only small towels to dry off with.

Stayed with Fam. Koll for 1 week. Super nice hosts, very clean and cozy rooms, great varied breakfast and service. There is always access to cold drinks. We felt very comfortable. Kind regards Kerstin and Stephan😊

We spent a week on holiday at the property with our two children. The Koll family is really great :) . Nice, helpful and above all down-to-earth people. You put a lot of hard work and love into your farm. Everything was very clean and really comfortable. The FWH had 2.For the reasons above and the short distances to all the sights, we will not book anywhere else than with the Koll family.Many greetings from the Juncker family

The rooms are clean and tidy, although there is no soap, shampoo or a hairdryer. Given the price of the room, the breakfast could be a little more varied. Hard-boiled eggs, no fried or scrambled eggs, no yogurt or fruit. Sausage and cheese from Aldi, sorry but that's not possible!!!! The hosts are very nice.A plus point is the bus stop right next to the farm.If the breakfast is adjusted to the general standard we would be happy to come back.

Great location, easy to reach everything on foot. Or by bus Good connection. Very beautiful and well-kept farm, you can see that everything is done with a lot of love and passion. The pool is also a pleasant way to cool off when you come back from the hike. Very nice room with balcony and great view. Great and varied breakfast, with fresh cow's milk. We had a wonderful 14 days at the Triembachhof. Thanks to the whole Koll family. See you next year 😎👍😎 Congratulations Karin and Jens Neumann

In itself a nice accommodation, but the big disappointment outweighs it.The two of us had booked a guest room for seven nights and, just to be on the safe side, we had taken out travel cancellation insurance.As luck would have it, something happened in our private lives that made it no longer possible for us to travel together. Since we weren't directly affected personally, the travel cancellation insurance didn't cover it.We contacted the Koll family immediately to find a solution together.However, we were blocked without any understanding or empathy and the lengthy cancellation period of 60 days was insisted on.At no point were we offered any accommodation, let alone told that it was a shame what happened. Nothing.The only thing we were offered was the release of the room. However, we cannot understand the possibility of re-letting and since the accommodation was not fully booked at the time of our planned stay, the probability of finding another guest for our room was extremely small. So it was clear that we would be stuck with our costs due to the lack of goodwill. We would have liked to find a solution so that neither side would have to forego anything (voucher for the next holiday season, etc.), but no chance.Despite all this, I traveled alone for the last three nights due to a wedding and even in a personal conversation they showed no understanding for us and were not interested in accommodating us at the time.For a family business, this is incredibly sobering behavior towards guests.We will reschedule our holiday at Königsse next year - but not in this accommodation.This accommodation is not recommended for anyone who would like to avoid the hassle of short-term changes and unforeseeable events.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the accommodation. I have to say that I am only criticizing the way cancellations are handled here. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the accommodation itself.It's a shame if you can't go on a trip at short notice for various reasons, but you don't have travel cancellation insurance or something similar. takes hold.We asked for a solution or a compromise and made two suggestions ourselves. Among other things, we would like some kind of voucher solution because we definitely want to make the trip next year.Of course we knew the cancellation conditions, but it would have been nice if you had dealt with us individually.With both proposals the farm would NOT have had to forego its money. We emphasized that we would also be happy about any other suggestions.The only suggestion we got was to release our room so that it could be rented out to other people if necessary and we would then be charged for this amount accordingly (just what is on the internet).But how are we supposed to understand whether something has actually been rented? In the best case scenario, the farm simply collects twice.We didn't get another suggestion on the grounds that we wanted to treat all guests equally.I find this approach very unsatisfactory and not accommodating! Precisely because it is not a large hotel chain, but supposedly very familiar, we expected a different approach here.My friend has now traveled alone for a few days (3 nights out of the original 7) due to a family celebration.We basically blew 500 EUR into the wind and didn't have a nice stay because we couldn't show it due to very unpleasant private events.We definitely want to catch up on our vacation in Berchtesgaden next year.However, we will definitely not book with you again and will not recommend you under any circumstances. If your guests' relaxation was really a priority for you, then you would have better ideas on how to deal with unusual situations.

Very clean accommodation, it was our best accommodation we have ever had.Breakfast was very tasty and varied (something different every day). The entire interior and exterior area has been lovingly prepared.The location is ideal and the Koll family is very accommodating and polite.We will definitely book with the Koll family again on our next vacation in the Berchtesgaden Alps!

Very nice accommodation, nice landlords. One point deducted for the unusable WiFi in holiday apartment 1 - but it's also possible without it, on holiday ;-) You just have to put up with the whining! Central location, same distance from Jenner / Königsee and Berchtesgaden (5 minutes each by car).
