One of the most beautiful hotels on the island of Rügen.Pleasant service, quiet location, connection to public transport, not far to the beach. The spa with various saunas and treatments is very good.

The hotel itself is good, the facilities are also okay. What's not good at all is that you can only “enjoy” relaxation according to a strict plan. Dinner only by reservation and only until 7 p.m., spa with sauna only open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Alternatives can only be reached by car and are also time-limited. The breakfast buffet was not designed for vegetarian or vegan food, there were not even alternatives to milk and even when we asked, this was denied! No, that doesn't correspond to our idea of relaxation, especially if you have to pay a lot of money for it. We are well aware of what the situation is in general, but we believe that this does not explain everything, especially the lack of service. Unfortunately, the only thing that corresponds to the 4 stars is the price.

Holiday apartment is great for families with 2 children! Sometimes not suitable for older people. You can't get into this shower. The entrance to the shower is 75 cm high

We visit the jaromar again every year and our dog always accompanies us...but the 42 euro overnight fee (including special dog cleaning) is already hasty...so the sniffer will probably stay home in the future.

That's what I call service, we and our furry friends were warmly looked after after a 3km walk after the VVR refused to let us ride on the bus at 29°C in the shade despite a separate tourist tax for our pointers - thank you for that 👍

Very unpleasant service. He drives EVs out of the parking lot and charging area even though there is no information that the charger is available only to hotel guests.The charger is operated by an external operator with the information "publicly available"

The 4th star has faded…. The quality of the apartments is so-so, really getting old. Partially renewed, but somehow it doesn't fit. Micro bathroom (newly made) without any hooks, shelf for half a toiletry bag…. Refrigerator installed crookedly, door only closes when you push it shut. TV carelessly hung on the wall somehow. This is no longer 4 stars...Breakfast was just good, it used to be better, a la carte selection in the evening was mediocre…. SPA area continues to be very good and well maintained. The fact that you have to pay extra for bathrobes and sauna towels is embarrassing! The restaurant staff was great, so friendly... The service at reception depends on the person…. In high season the beaches on the Mönchsgut also get very crowded... And towards Thiessow they are quite dingy…. For our next Rügen holiday, after >20 years of Prince Jaromar, we will try something different...

We have been coming here every now and then for 5 years and can only report positive things.If you place great value on peace and quiet with the full pampering program, you've come to the right place here, from wellness to the beach on your doorstep, everything is on offer.The food including breakfast is a full 10 pointsRooms are always very clean and comfortably furnished, the whole facility is a clear 5 star rating and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.. we would like to thank you for the lovely stay and will come back soon... many greetings from Dresden

We have known Jaromar for many years, the location is simply great. Since we always come outside of the main season, it is always very quiet. The staff is very friendly and hardworking.But from our point of view the 4 star is wobbly. The breakfast is very monotonous, there wasn't even a piece of cake for 10 days of stay. Fruit is only offered in pieces, not whole fruit such as apples, pears or bananas.The wellness area is okay, unfortunately the sauna is only open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A few years ago there were fresh apples in the sauna, but unfortunately that was a long time ago. Last year tap water with a few slices of lemon was offered, this year only water.We always enjoy being guests here, but the price is 4 stars, there should be more.

We have been coming here again and again for 3 years. A perfect place for a nice break. The apartments are functionally equipped and nothing is missing. The service is A++++++We always like the kitchen and you can also relax in the wellness area every day

Quality 4* hotel in the south of Rügen. We had a studio under the roof, consisting of an entrance hall/kitchen, living room/bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The many sloping roofs didn't bother us. The breakfast buffet is first class, of high quality and of the variety of what is on offer. The breakfast rooms are spacious and bright. There is also a wellness area, which is not small, but of course small in relation to the resort. The Finnish sauna is well maintained and not extremely hot. The check out was formally ok, but it could have been noticeably friendly. It was significantly better at check-in. Important: There is no elevator in the hotel and the stairs are very steep - so not for people with limited mobility. The price/performance ratio is adequate.

I was here with my girlfriend and dog over the turn of the year 2023-2024. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Very pleasant hotel for our little winter break. In summer we enjoy the landscape by bike. The location, hotel and service allow us to completely relax and recharge our batteries. Thanks.

We stayed as two couples in the maisonette apartment, there were two separate bedrooms with sufficiently large beds. Apart from the kitchen where only one person could work at a time, there was enough space. A dishwasher is also available.However, it was problematic with the beds because the mattresses slipped apart uncontrollably. There was also only one heavy knife and we had to buy accessories such as baking paper and dishwashing tablets ourselves. I would stay away from the bread roll service at 65ct for a grain bread the size of an egg.The indoor pool was a bit cold for me but still nice and big with a water bubbler. The sauna was small but there were 4 different saunas and an ice pool. I can't say anything about the massages.
