Hello dear employees,I recently went on a school trip about 2 days ago.I think the place is very great because I also mine and like things like that.There was a nature center, a Rewe kebab shop, an ice cream parlor, etc. nearby.I found the food relatively okay.At breakfast there were fresh rolls with all the side dishes you actually need.I even found the lunch relatively good for 120+ children. It was just relatively dry but I found it acceptable for such a quantity.However, I found the dinner rather weak.For the future, I would recommend making something other than dry bread with fewer side dishes.The rooms were relatively good but personally I don't think the ladder for the beds is good for climbing. In any case, the bathroom smelled a bit but that was easy to ignore. I actually found the rooms well set up, but I personally don't like the bed layout in rooms of 12 (room 17). I think the beds should be placed differently but that's just something that isn't necessarily that important.I found the programs mostly good too.In any case, it works perfectly as accommodation.And I hope I will get an answer as to whether my feedback helped in any way.Best regardsfrom Remscheid

Went there as a school trip today we're back and it's really bad it's dirty both the beds and the floor there's no water and you have to drink from the tap the location is also really boring and not good walking up mountains everywhere the only good thing I can't recommend the Rewe and kebab shop nearby

So cleanliness is the be-all and end-all. It's a shame that you don't value it. I will never recommend it. Food is ok. The only thing is the location.

We spent a great club weekend here with 43 children & young people and 10 adults. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lounges are nice and big. The full board was great, everyone enjoyed it. And all of this with the guesthouse team being in a good mood from start to finish. Thanks so much

Our school has been visiting the youth hostel in Nettersheim on school trips for over 20 years. We were there again in September 2023 with our 4th grade year. As every year, we were very satisfied with the food, the room allocation (we were alone in the old building) and the service. Above all, the connection to the activity programs in the nature conservation center is excellent. All speakers offered great programs and showed themselves to be competent. We'll be back next year.Thank you!

Ideal for school trips. Our GS children liked the rooms, the food was fantastic and the staff was very nice and accommodating. There is a large selection of programs that can be booked and the area has a lot to offer anyway. Gladly again!

The food tastes terrible.Very bland and tasteless.As far as the rooms are concerned, there is a lot of hair in the bed and in the room in general.

In my opinion the location is a bit unfavorable. If the young people and children don't arrive by bus but have to be dropped off, the chaos is complete. Very narrow street. Then nothing goes back and forth anymore. I then feel sorry for the residents. They will definitely be very annoyed because of the traffic jams and noise

The rooms stink, there are old socks and underwear, the beds have stains and we don't even want to talk about the bed linen. Service which service? But the surroundings are actually quite beautiful.

The youth hostel has the charm of a children's mental hospital or children's home from 70 years ago.The beds were very worn out and the mattresses were a disaster.Food was okay, very bland.Once, and not again in this life.
