A very well-kept and courteously run house. The view from our room and balcony was fantastic. The service is very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, but with one drawback: a bathroom with a toilet that is only separated from the main room by a sliding glass door is a bit lacking. Anyone who is familiar with a sliding glass door knows that it does not “block out” the smell and noise from the toilet corridor. But otherwise everything is ok.

Absolutely not recommended.We booked this hotel and received a reservation confirmation.The confirmation said: “Further details on the day of arrival…”Unfortunately, we have not received any email or text message with additional information. We arrived on site in the late afternoon of October 14, 2024, but everything was closed and dark. The confirmation did not provide the hotel's address or phone number.There was only one email address: “Info@…………..”.After a message to this address, we have not received a response until today, October 17, 2024. Therefore we were forced to look for other accommodation.If our advance payment is still debited, I will be forced to take legal action.

No reception, key collection via key safe at the entrance. Room was OK. However, the room is only cleaned after departure, except for new towels every 2 days, no further room service. Maybe OK for a stay of 1-2 nights, but actually not acceptable for a longer stay. The shower was very slippery, not safe for older people. No elevator, narrow stairwell, so you can't carry suitcases without it.Breakfast was very good and sufficient. Friendly service at breakfast.There were no spa cards, the spa fee was only requested later by email.

Well, I usually keep it short, but today I have to digress a bit.We stayed in this hotel for one night on the way home from Croatia with a rental car, where we had to leave our broken motorhome with a heavy heart and entrust it to the ADAC. Really sad and frustrated about the situation, we found the hotel online and booked it.The next few hours changed everything, opening the room door was balm for the soul, lovingly furnished, clean, an incredible view of the mountains, seamless communication and key handover via the key safe, super nice help because we had a question, a great bed and much more...... so you did everything right, dear QC team.The next morning an amazing breakfast in the Green Foods Restaurant below, super friendly service and a complete playroom for children, also really unbeatable.We left in good spirits the next morning and arrived home.The stay with you didn't let us go and prompted us to write this more detailed review. If you've read all of this, we might have been able to give you a little insight into our impression of this hotel. If you haven't read it and are just looking at the stars, you'll at least know that it was great. So once again a big thank you to everyone from the QC Hotel and the Green Food Restaurant, you have brought the end of our camping holiday to a dignified and unforgettably beautiful conclusion. Thanks, Mark and Christiane :-)

Very lovingly furnished, stylish small hotel with a great location. Healthy breakfast and delicious menu. Breakfast on the terrace is a dream!Due to the central location there was some street noise, but the room facing the courtyard was quiet.Very happy again!!

The good thing first: The central location is great BUT right on a busy street. The check-in went smoothly.Now unfortunately the negative things:- Cleanliness was subpar. Dirty towels, sticky toilet seat, stained sink, hair in the sink and bathroom, everything full of dust, cables and floor stuck.- The room was super noisy. I heard the neighbors' conversations, the neighbors showering and the street despite the windows being closed.- Breakfast was tasty, but not very varied.- The bed was very soft and uncomfortable for me. But that is of course very subjective.- The window can only be darkened with a curtain. Light still comes in. The bathroom is only separated by a glass sliding door. The bathroom window cannot be darkened, so it was light in the room from 5:30 a.m.- The employee in the café was very nice. An additional pillow was provided. Unfortunately, the second requested pillow could not be provided.Especially due to the lack of cleanliness and the lack of darkening options, I wouldn't want to stay there again.

Great rooms, great location.What bothered me personally was the shower (low water pressure, takes forever to warm up) and the breakfast doesn't ask for egg dishes.The coffee was very good.

The hotel rooms are very neat and clean. Check-in with the “key box” was also very relaxed and you could arrive as you wished. The breakfast staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time in the Chiemsee district. Gladly again!! Thank you very much :)
