MV's best swimming pool. Great slides for small & large “little ones” 😉Adventure pool with wave pool is great and if you want to get sporty, you have the best options in the sports pool.

What can you say about everything, it's just sad how everything looks...dirty. Flowers dusty. Wherever there is food, all the machines are broken and there are no doors in the changing room, etc....sad for Stralsund

Review is for the sauna world.Underground.The changing rooms were tiny, poorly lit and most of the lockers were broken (and also much too small).The orientally designed sauna world is very outdated and appears unkempt and broken in every corner.The steam sauna didn't work at all.There were no loungers available as they were all “reserved” in the German style with towels for the entire period.But that didn't seem to bother the staff there.The outside area looked like an abandoned garden, tiles broken, everything overgrown and (clearly...Autumn) everything covered with leaves.The saunas (which were functional) were fine.Overall very disappointing and not recommended.

The swimming pool is really well done for young people.The cleanliness in the changing areas wasn't great. The weeds are growing outside. Even though it is autumn, the outdoor area should be well maintained.Food wasn't great.

Hello, I can't understand the negative reviews. Booked 3 nights half board with day tickets. Food is plentiful, tasty and fresh. I have no idea what's going on here. The water and hall are well tempered so that you don't get cold. Minor repairs are needed, that's true, but there are worse bathrooms. Family of 4 3 nights 800 euros completely ok. Center Park is significantly more expensive. Staff young and friendly from mixed backgrounds top.

The adventure pool is super good and the wild water ride is a pleasure. Also very nice for smaller children. The hotel seemed a little dated but I thought it was good. Service and food were great. I'd love to come back.

We went to the fun pool and had a great time. There was a lot to discover and the children had fun. Everything is very nicely done. Food possible on site. Prices completely okay.

Unfortunately not all saunas were open. And you would have to wait a long time for the bubbles and strudels. These were also switched off completely early on. But this austerity was paid off well.

It's getting worse whether the price or the service. You can't look around anymore. Not hygienically perfect. Nothing has been offered in the sauna for more than a year 🙈 . The water bath in the outside area of the sauna was closed. 12 euros extra 🤷🏻♀️ for use of the sauna 😂 🤷🏻♀️ . The artificial plants are more than dusty. The ceiling tiles 🙈. Why do you pay so much money?

This review is for the swimming pool.We (2 adults and 2 children) have always been here and today it hit me. Otherwise 55 euro day ticket, now the same price for 4 hours, then come out and pay again. That means 100% surcharge, which for me is an absolute disgrace. We're gone and we're never, ever coming back. Unfortunately you have to give it one star.

After my last review was deleted because it was probably too bad, the Hanse Cathedral has been given a new chance. A lot has happened. It has become a real fun pool. Great big water pool, great slides, great feeling!! Everything around it, the decoration, etc. was all great!! But!! The changing rooms including the lockers are still a complete disaster. Far too small, far too narrow, far too little space! Many lockers were simply broken! And this key system with the chip is just terrible. A little tip, please take a look at the system in the Holsten Therme…!! What's also really not good is that you can only book for 4 hours at a time. And each additional half hour costs €5 per person. And that's pretty expensive. Why is there no day ticket?Today it was very very very crowded. We put our things on the window sill because there was no free space!! There is simply not enough space for the amount of people. And too few staff at the checkout entrance!!! Unfortunately the lifeguards are still very unfriendly and seem very arrogant!! As if they don't enjoy their job!! Too bad! That's why only 2 stars today! Everything should be fine for 5 stars! Unfortunately it doesn't!!

This review is only for the adventure pool!(Autumn holidays) Tuesday 2 p.m. and over 1 hour. Queue. No indication why or why.Why isn't there an option to see online how many visitors are currently there?At least I know it differently from other public institutions.Then you can plan better!After 40 minutes, 1 lady from the swimming pool said that only someone comes in - when someone goes out of the pool.But she didn't pass the information on to the entire line of people.Nevertheless, the many people behind us had to make their way home again.Only 1 employee at the checkout who had lost her calm.Another lady stood around looking decorative.There is an online shop where the information says that you can buy tickets there - but no tickets can be bought there. Only vouchers and applications..Lockers are very narrow (maybe 30 cm) that a normal backpack doesn't even fit in. Just 1 pair of shoes next to each other. Showers are catastrophic - as they go off again after 5 seconds. Can't you at least let it run for 30 seconds?Palm trees in the swimming pool look old, but I've seen that in many other swimming pools too.Artificial rocks have had better years. Not really bad in itself, but these white exposed areas looked very unsightly and both our children and we initially thought that this was snot from guests.Announcements were not understandable.Even the German train is a little better :-)The wild water ride is only open for 10 minutes every hour!A joke!How come?Bistro - overpriced and not really inviting. The roof tarpaulins/fabric roofs looked really tattered.But the swimming pool was clean overall.The swimming pool can't do anything about the hair and shower utensils left behind in the showers of female bathers.But cleaning wouldn't be bad.45 euros for 2 adults and 1 child for 4 hours. Admission is steep!Each additional hour starts costs 3 euros per person!Why aren't there other tariffs?This makes it seem like mass processing... To get a lot of people in per day.However, at a 4 hour rate, minus the time for the changing room and showers. Only 3 hours left. In reality!All that money could easily be invested in renewing or repairing the worn out equipment.Something like a hook on which you could hang your towel wouldn't be bad either.Because the few tiny compartments were occupied and the only other option was the loungers, which of course were all occupied...There is a plus for the water temperature, which was very pleasantly warm. I also know it very differently from other bathrooms.Wave pool was also very fun.

The sauna is getting quite old. the diving pool is closed and the drinks coffee counter, many water features are turned off, some stones in the outdoor area are broken..The infusions offered were very good..The bathing area was okay.. as wellThe shower area after the crowded bathroom.. acceptable..After waiting 45 minutes to get in today...Crowds during the holidays...

This review is for the sauna area. That was the first and last time I went there. You pay full price and only get a quarter. There were three saunas outside, the restaurant was closed and the bar too. I wanted to get something to drink and had to go to the swimming pool.Even the outdoor pool was closed and you couldn't even swim a lap. And you still pay the full price for it.I've never had worse service. Absolutely not recommended. That's why I just give it one star.

Review applies to the adventure pool: The pool in general is beautifully designed, prices and food are okay, but could still be a little cheaper, then we would come more often. But I think it's a shame that it's only open until 7 p.m.
