Actually everything is very nice. Great apartment, lots to play and see for the children, the farmer and his son are super nice.Unfortunately there were still quite a few mosquitoes in autumn. My son was stung 3 times and it became so infected that we had to cut short our vacation and go to the hospital. He had the beginnings of blood poisoning.So if you are sensitive to mosquito bites you should at least not go there in the fall 🙈

Very nice family holiday on the farm. The farm has over 100 cows, as well as chickens, rabbits, two ponies and dogs. The children were able to help feed the calves every evening, collect eggs, lead the ponies, etc. We really enjoyed it.

When it comes to the holiday apartment, the friendliness of the owners and the play opportunities for children as well as the maintenance of the green areas, the Enkenshof is simply a great place for the whole family. We really had fun! I actually don't know what more we could have asked for.Unfortunately, what has concerned us all this time is the welfare of the animals. It is a conventional farm that certainly works absolutely correctly and conscientiously according to the specifications and we in no way want to imply that there is no love for the animals here. What we found very difficult was the separation of the young calves, who stood around the clock in boxes measuring a maximum of 2 square meters in which they could barely turn around. We also found it difficult to see the conventional keeping of dairy cows, which stand and lie on asphalt ground for 24 hours, are not on pasture and have little freedom of movement.We also found the keeping of the four rabbits to be borderline poor. 2 of the 4 rabbits were in a hutch that was far too small and absolutely filthy. They had hardly any light.The ponies, sheep and dogs were outside. That was nice to see and the friendly dogs in particular made us really happy.All in all, we wouldn't come back because of the conventional cow husbandry. We didn't realize what that meant beforehand. We would like to thank you very much for everything else!

We were there with our four-year-old grandson and we weren't disappointed. Very child-friendly...but without a car it's a bit difficult. A bike would be an advantage

We stayed in the Sonnenblume holiday home. Beautiful ground floor apartment with private terrace and garden views. Several houses around us were occupied, but you are very private and you barely hear the others. The animals and the many play items were great for the children. From the yard you can easily walk to the lake area. It is ideal for walking with the stroller.

It was really nice again! We, grandma and granddaughter, had a great, functional, clean holiday apartment with everything we needed. We've been here twice now because we both really like it. As always, all the people on the farm were very nice and open-minded. The farm area is lovingly designed and child-friendly. It was never boring. My granddaughter loved feeding the calves with the farmer's wife. We'll definitely come back. Thank you to the Kaffill family for the wonderful time 🍀🐞🐎🐮🐇🐕

It couldn't be more perfect. It's a great eventful farm in a beautiful setting. Our grandchildren were able to enjoy a great, eventful week. These days, children rarely have so much freedom in a safe environment. As grandparents, we always felt good about letting them play alone. The one-way system that was set up led the kids and their vehicles safely through the yard. They particularly looked forward to working in the cow stable and feeding the calves every evening in the loving company of their hostess. Feed and pet yourself in the rabbit hutch and cuddle with the cuddly dogs, thank you for the lovely craft afternoon and the delicious waffles and the fun games. So much space to run around and play 👍👍👍it was very nice and we wish you all the best and love and think of the wonderful time💖

We have been spending our holidays at the Enkenshof for years and love coming back again and again. When we arrive it is as if we are coming home. The apartments are always clean and well renovated. You get a good insight into agriculture. The transition to the Robbies was very interesting, although my daughter really misses milking. The Kaffill family is always hospitable and helpful, has good tips for excursions and I am always amazed at how much this family manages in a single day. The next vacation is already booked.

We are already “multiple offenders”; Grandma, grandpa and two grandchildren (5 and 8 years old). The apartment is bright, well-equipped and cozy. The highlight are the many animals and play options; The Kaffill family's commitment to the guest children is also special.

We stayed on the farm with our two children for a week in October.The kids were thrilled with the two farm dogs and the play options - they were particularly fond of the trampoline.There is a lot to see on the farm itself and in the surrounding area: from a pirate-style mini golf course to a sequoia tree farm. Anyone who likes hiking or cycling will also get their money's worth.Before I forget: the landlords are super nice and helpful, we felt like we were in good hands.We are already looking forward to the next time!

We were there for the second time now and we really enjoyed it again!Very nice apartments, clean and furnished with everything you need. There are cows, dogs, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and 2 older horses/ponies and the children are also allowed to feed, participate and discover everything.There are also some vehicles for the children on the farm and a very beautiful lake is within walking distance where you can play mini golf or get a snack.The hostess in particular was very nice and engaging. We carved pumpkins and got wood so we could make stick bread with the kids.All in all, a completely relaxing holiday week for the parents and the children want to go back next year!

A hit, especially with children. Our son now also wants to keep cows ^^ lots of play options for the children: playground, vehicles, sandpit and feeding farm animals. The apartment is well and comfortably furnished. The only thing I missed was a family toilet seat and an awning over the sandpit.

Very nice apartments, clean and furnished with everything you need. Lots of lovely animals and the children can also join in and discover everything.There are also some vehicles for the children on the farm and a very beautiful lake is within walking distance.The hostess in particular was very nice and relaxed. My daughter wants to go back there immediately.
