Once again we spent very relaxing days at the Hotel Achterdiek on Juist. Everything was perfect: the room, the service, the food. The atmosphere is personal but not intrusive. Arrival and departure as well as luggage transfer are taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is the very attentive service in the restaurant and, above all, we enjoyed the perfect preparation of fish. Two stays have already been reserved for next year.

The staff is consistently friendly and tries to make everything possible.Children are also treated kindly, which was important to us.The food was first class!Overall a great atmosphere, you really have a holiday here.I can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back!

We came here for tea and were not disappointed. The tea was delicious and we were also extremely satisfied with the waffles and ice cream. Not to be neglected is the excellent service that we were able to experience. Our order was taken shortly after we arrived and brought to us in a very short time. We can only recommend the Achterdiek.

Very nice, loving hotel, cozy sofa corners in the lobby, very good food in the restaurant. The only negative point: At breakfast there are no fresh rolls from the Juister bakery Remmers, but rather some from the mainland. The Remmers rolls are 1AAA*. We found it incomprehensible.
