We were able to spend an evening at the “Beer meets Schnaps” tasting with a larger group at the Herzstück.The rooms are brand new and modern, but also homey and cozy. You immediately feel comfortable.Father and daughter put our knowledge of beer and schnapps to the test and gave us a lot of interesting new information. The two of them put their heart, soul and a huge passion at work here - the evening was wonderfully entertaining and funny. The tasting included a hearty, delicious snack, with sausage from the local butcher, a selection of cheese and bread and all sorts of homemade items.We look forward to being able to be back at the Herzstück for another event. Keep it up!!!

A truly fantastic accommodation!....We stayed at das.herzstück for just one night last weekend. The entire house is very clean and well-kept, and above all the rooms are so lovingly, stylishly, modernly and at the same time comfortably furnished.The breakfast was a real dream. There was everything your heart could desire.The hosts are also totally friendly, open and warm. THANK YOU for the wonderful time with you!The next time we are in Burghaslach we will definitely come back to you ♡

**A Hidden Gem for Travelers**We had a wonderful stay at this charming, family-run guesthouse. The owners are incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering a delicious spread of regional specialties that gave us a true taste of the local culture. The location is perfect for those on a road trip, as it's conveniently situated for an overnight stop. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very nicely decorated, clean and the staff is super friendly! You can access the room with a key or PIN, which is very practical. The breakfast was nicely done and the selection was good. The surroundings are quiet and idyllic. Things like a restaurant or supermarket are within walking distance. You always got a parking space.All in all, I would definitely come back if I needed somewhere to stay in the area.

Everything was wonderful, impeccably clean, wonderfully furnished with the small kitchenette and even my gluten-free bread was taken care of individually. The breakfast was very loving and varied. I would stay there again at any time & can absolutely recommend it!

Very nice and cleanly maintained accommodation with friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the few days we were there. There are a lot of things you can do in the area. Car is an advantage.Schnapps tasting was also very informative, which of course has to be the case in a distilleryWe'd love to come back

We had the pleasure of staying at das.Herzstück Hotel and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The owner Anna has created something very special here. You immediately notice how much love and detail went into this small but modern hotel.The hotel beautifully combines modern design with the historic atmosphere of an old brewery. The large, modern rooms are not only stylishly furnished, but also offer all the comfort you could wish for. Every corner of the hotel exudes a unique blend of history and contemporary style.An absolute highlight is the magnificent breakfast, which impresses with a variety and quality that is second to none. Fresh, regional products and a loving presentation make the start of the day a real pleasure.Particularly noteworthy is the lovely owner Anna. Their warmth and commitment make the stay something very special. She looks after her guests with so much dedication that you feel welcome and cared for from the first moment.The centerpiece is not just a place to stay overnight, but an experience for all the senses. We highly recommend it to everyone and look forward to coming back!

Burghaslach has thus gained another highlight!das.herzstück combines under one roof a show distillery, a home brewery, magical, very tastefully furnished holiday apartments and a small, fine shop where, in addition to the delicious brandies, you can also find other delicacies and small gifts! Seminars on the subject of distilling and brewing are also offered, as are tastings with lots of interesting information on the subject! You can also rent the modern, beautiful space for company seminars!A true centerpiece in beautiful Burghaslach!
