We booked a room here for one night and were completely satisfied. We arrived by train and our bikes and were able to leave our luggage on site without any problems.We went to the restaurant for dinner, which tasted excellent.The room was also very nice, you can't fault anything here.The breakfast, on the other hand, was not as overwhelming as the dinner but still within the limits.The service was also very friendly.

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio isn't right at all. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable, but the room prices are extremely high. You can sleep cheaper in good hotels in big cities.The breakfast was a disgrace, there was very little in quantity, no labels, hot dishes were brought half cold in mini portions, there were only 6 slices of bacon, no other one would have been found. There were no standards like other hotels (freshly cut fruit/vegetables, fresh rolls, warm food, various juices and coffee specialties,...) One would have the feeling that one baked roll and corresponding cold cuts per person were expected.We were registered for a long time with several people, so we are used to a different hotel breakfast!

A really nice place to switch off and relax, especially if you're traveling on business. The complex is decorated with so many beautiful and tasteful details that you feel completely at home. The service is very friendly and helpful. The menu in the restaurant is clear and the dishes are very tasty. You feel like you're with good friends. In any case I'll be back...

Anyone who values a special ambience, extremely friendly staff, first-class rooms and a very well-kept facility will definitely not be disappointed here. This is our first time at the Nordenholzer Hofhotel and we are more than satisfied. Historic buildings, clean, lovingly and modernly furnished rooms, great service and the unique location make this small but fine hotel a perfect insider tip. Highly recommended.

The place is beautiful, but we struggled a lot with the heat in the room and spent the entire night fighting off mosquitoes. We nearly emptied a mosquito repellent container.After two nights of not sleeping at all, we decided to leave early due to concerns about the numerous mosquito bites on our son and the allergies these bites caused.Management seemed unhappy with our decision to leave early and suggested that if our son is allergic, we should simply give him medicine, which showed a lack of empathy instead of proposing solutions to address the main problem.The restaurant was good.

Fantastic host and staff, great tranquility excellent rooms loads of areas to cycle (free use of cycles) or hike, great story about hotel and owners, highly recommended would definitely like to return.

This was the second time we've been to this beautiful place for a little break! Everything was very nice - rooms, service etc. - we were there both times during the week and it was wonderfully quiet, perfect for winding down! I love that there is a French press in the room for your first coffee in the morning! Personally, I don't like the French press - it's just too cumbersome in the morning - but it's just my personal feeling, I would prefer a pad or capsule system! In addition, a little more attention should be paid to the cleaning and hygiene of the glasses in the room! I would also have liked a second fly screen so that two windows could be opened overnight! But the availability of these things is still an exceptionally good standard for a 3 star hotel, so no points or stars are deducted! Particularly positive to mention is the restaurant - excellent food, top-quality drinks, a wine list that leaves nothing to be desired, coupled with warm service at a top level! We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Nordenholzer Hof! I read that the restaurant will be moving in the foreseeable future - I really hope that there will be an equivalent culinary alternative in this beautiful location!

A very idyllic country hotel. Absolute peace. You can hear the birdsong, the cows and nothing else.Splendid.The staff was super friendly, breakfast was a dream.The room exudes peace and relaxation.My dog really liked it too.We'll be back

A very nice hotel in Hude. Large and quiet rooms. Bright rooms. Price/performance is right. Great breakfast. Service as it should be. This also applies to the evening service. Very good restaurant with top service. All of this is rounded off by the friendly owners.

Shower overflowed. The dog was forgotten to be charged. Additional demands directly with the threat of legal means. Restaurant great and recommended. But it is separate from the hotel and will be moving in the foreseeable future.

If you like peace and quiet and value sustainability, this is the right place for you. A lot of materials were reused in the Nordenholzer Hof - both small and large. There is hay wallpaper, tiles or even an entire bakery. If you would like to know more, you can contact the owners - the Aschenbeck family will be happy to tell you what makes the house special.The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. And here too there are small details from times gone by.There are wall boxes and a bicycle garage at the parking lot.Arrival is possible by train - if the train wants 😅🙈 - and with a walk of 25-30 minutes from Hude train station.

We were at an event near Hude and stayed here for two nights. This hotel really deserves its stars. We came with our dog and even got a room with a terrace and a small garden. The room was bright and open and the bathroom was modern.On the first evening we ate in the hotel restaurant and it was a completely reasonable price/performance ratio. We would like to come back next year privately and are already looking forward to it.

A day and a night in Hude. I got stranded here because of a company event.The rooms are really great and there is no reason to complain. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is excellent and tasty. See you at the next event. 😉
