Light and shadow. Cleanliness not particularly high. Very noisy, even from the lounge every sound can be heard in the room and from the neighboring room you can understand every word, even if spoken quietly.Unfortunately, contrary to what the reviews suggested, there was no food on site, apart from the booked breakfast, of course, which was rich and fresh.Considering the price, we actually expected a little more.

The guesthouse is in a very quiet location and the operators do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was good and sufficient. Tips for a motorcycle tour to the Kyffhäuser Monument were included free of charge.

I can't understand some of the reviews here.Room:Was there for a week and my room wasn't even cleaned! The towels stank, after showering (if several people shower at the same time it gets cold) and drying off you smelled like the towels yourself, that was really unpleasant! The room, hallway, guest room had the same smell as the towels. When I asked for new towels, my colleagues each received new ones, but I didn't; it was probably too much to serve three people...Guest room, it feels like time has stood still there 20 years ago.Service:At the reception I wanted to turn around and leave, so unfriendly, even when I asked about it the hostess immediately took everything as an attack, totally incomprehensible. There were drinks, but everything was opaque.I have a lactose intolerance, so I have to be careful about what I eat. I can't accept a "surprise" as I was told. I wasn't asked anything like that at all, including whether I was allergic to food. I don't necessarily expect it to come from her if I can/can choose my own food, but if I get a "surprise" every day, then that's it I expect that.Breakfast was ok and for me even better than dinner. The owner was much more pleasant, we also received a few tips on where to go and they were really good. Well, that was more pleasant, now you could say, why wasn't that addressed, yes, that's right... but a discussion about so many points and then the hostess, no, you don't voluntarily give in to that anymore... "time waste "...Location:Quiet, almost deserted.... There are no pubs/bars, bakeries, pizzerias, kebabs thereAll in all, no further recommendation. Better go somewhere else. The description of the accommodation has NOTHING to do with what you find

Unfortunately I can't understand the reviews. Food, accommodation and friendliness zero stars. There were three of us bikers, two of us weren't allowed to eat everything and I just don't like everything. Unfortunately, food was simply served to us and when we asked what we were having tomorrow we got the answer "Surprise". Something like that is a no go, even with the prices. The towels smelled and upon request they were changed in two out of three rooms. Not even the room was cleaned during the week, the cleanliness of the entire house is only superficial. The owner was able to remove some of the hostess' unfriendliness. All in all, no further recommendation. Better go somewhere else. A very nice and friendly couple who run the guesthouse with joy and hospitality. At Christmas time it was beautifully decorated, everything was clean and cozy. The twin bedroom was large and the bathroom also had plenty of storage space. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and responded to guests' requests whenever possible.Thumbs up😊👍 It's a shame that hardly any activities were possible due to the bad weather. Otherwise there is a nice and quiet environment. We'd love to come back!😊

A small, family guesthouse in a beautiful, quiet location with very friendly owners who look after you very well. Dogs are not a problem here at all, there is even a fenced-in dog forest at the entrance to the town. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean, the breakfast is rich and varied. I liked it very much!

We were on a tour of northern Germany with the motorbikes and made a reservation at short notice (1 hour in advance). For dinner, on the recommendation of the hosts, we went to a restaurant in the neighboring town, as we had made a reservation later and it was too late to register at the guesthouse for dinner meager. This wasn't a problem for us at all and it was a great tip. The rooms and the guesthouse are cozy and it's easy to switch off. The motorcycles were well stored. The owners are very nice and friendly, the breakfast was more than sufficient. Enjoying a cyclist in the cozy garden in the evening is no problem either. We would love to come back for a long weekend 👍🏼
